Hi! We are Heidi & Dave, the faces behind OASIPS.
We are a passionate, family-run mobile bar based in Manchester, happily travelling across the North West of England (and sometimes even further!) to make wedding days truly sparkle.
The Story of Florence: Born from Grit & Ingenuity
Our journey took an incredible turn in late 2025. We were approached by a major corporate client facing a massive problem: they needed high-quality, luxury cocktails served fast to 400 festival attendees. They couldn’t have people stuck in long queues. We looked at the existing options on the market, but nothing met our high standards for quality. Not to be deterred, we used our own hands-on resourcefulness and ingenuity to build the perfect solution ourselves.
Meet Florence
Florence is our custom-built, innovative mobile tap bar. Her debut was a massive success.
Just two days after her first event, Florence was rebooked by the same corporate client, snapped up for two weddings, and instantly became a preferred supplier for a major events venue in Birmingham. We’ve even had guests tell us, “You need to go on Dragons’ Den!”—a compliment that makes all our hard work worthwhile.

Hi, I’m the founder behind Oasips! My mission is simple: to make sure you actually get to enjoy your wedding instead of waiting in line at your own bar.I fell in love with wedding hospitality but hated seeing couples pay premium prices for slow service and inconsistent drinks. That is why I created Oasips. By bringing premium draft cocktails and fine wine to your big day, I combine the speed of a high-end taproom with the elegance of a craft cocktail lounge. Every pour is perfectly balanced, lightning-fast, and tailored to your taste.
When I am not kegging fresh ingredients or sourcing incredible wines, I am usually perfecting my absolute favorite drink to serve on tap: the Espresso Martini. Getting that rich, frothy head to pour flawlessly from a draft system is an art form—and it is always a massive hit with wedding guests needing a dancefloor energy boost.I don't just show up to pour drinks. I am there to elevate your aesthetic, keep the energy high, and take care of your favorite people.
Meet Dave: The Backbone of Oasips
The powerhouse who makes the magic happen. He handles all the heavy lifting, technical setup, and behind-the-scenes logistics to ensure your wedding bar runs flawlessly.
Dave is our resident draft technician and engineering guru. He custom-built our tap system to ensure every cocktail pours at the perfect temperature and pressure. From lifting heavy kegs to troubleshooting venue logistics, Dave ensures everything is securely in place before the first guest arrives. When the music starts, you will find him ensuring the lines flow smoothly and managing the back-of-house operations with a smile.
