Stacey Greenshield - live illustrator is based in Faringdon, Oxfordshire. Specialising in live guest illustrations, Stacey will be able to preserve the best of memories. She will attend your wedding after the ceremony to illustrate your guests during cocktail hour and into the evening. Stacey paints from photos she takes of your guests, so there’s no sitting and waiting to be drawn, just a quick snap and collect at the end of the night!
Wedding illustrations are a hugely popular choice of entertainment right now, and Stacey creates a beautiful and whimsical watercolour and ink portraits of guests, and of course the newlyweds! These illustrations make wonderful and unique wedding favours, which are pretty much guaranteed not to be left behind!

What is included in the wedding package?
My bronze package is £350.
This package offers 3 hours of live drawing on A6 and an A4 wedding couple portrait (after wedding).
No travel included in this package.

How far in advance should I contact you?
My books are filling fast for 2024 and 2025, please pop me a message with your date and location and I can let you know my availability
What other services to you provide?
Other (I create hand painted order of the days, painted in watercolour and bespoke to your special day.
I also offer pre drawn favours, invites, save the dates and cocktail menus)
Are you able to travel?
Yes, i cover the whole of the UK
Is there a charge for travelling?
Yes, it varies per package but for the travel
I do charge it’s 0.50 per mile
Do you need specific materials or conditions to offer your service?
Yes, just a table and chair :)
How long is the act?
My packages vary from 3 hours to 8 hours!
How much time do you need to prepare for an act?
30 minutes set up before the ceremony
Do you work alone or do you have a team of professionals?

Absolutely amazing!!
We booked Stacey as a surprise for our wedding guests. I couldn’t find anyone local to East Yorkshire so Stacey was willing to travel up from Oxfordshire and well what can I say, she was absolutely amazing!! All the guests loved it and did not stop commenting what a great idea it was! It helps that Stacey herself is the loveliest person so thank you so much for making our wedding so special! If you are considering having a live illustration artist at your event then definitely book Stacey, you will not regret it!

Extremely professional and an absolute must on your wedding day. Our guests loved her.
We came across Stacey on Facebook. Although I’m always on social media I had never really come across live artists at weddings until I started to plan our wedding. What a brilliant idea and all our guests loved it. Stacey is a wonderful artist and I’ve also commissioned her to paint my pets. It’s a brilliant little momento for your guests to take away and remember your day. All my communications with Stacey have been very professionally replied too and nothing is ever too much trouble for her. I would highly recommend booking her for your special day your guests will love it and love her paintings.

Incredible
Stacey was absolutely incredible at our wedding! The guests loved her and her art work. She was one of the first things we booked and we have no regrets at all, we booked Stacey for 3 hours and I wish we had booked for longer.
