Stacey was absolutely incredible and we are so so lucky that we were able to book her for our wedding!

A live illustrator was on top of my list when planning our wedding, and I'm so glad we found Stacey! I completely fell in love with her style, and loved seeing her work (as well as her funny Instagram reels) in the build up to our big day.

All of our guests really enjoyed being illustrated too and were so excited to pick their work up at the end of the night! They all had amazing things to say about Stacey.

Not only is she a talented illustrator, she's an absolutely amazing human being too! I spoke to Stacey just before walking down the aisle, and her relaxed yet excited attitude had really calmed me down the few moments before, so Stacey - thank you for that!

We've also had some family that travelled from abroad and Stacey ensured to sort these illustrations out first so they could definitely collect them and take them home! My best friend's partner was unable to make it to the wedding so Stacey asked for a photo of him and added him to her illustration so that she had a keepsake of them two. AND at the last minute I asked if Stacey could illustrate our lovely dog and she had no issues with that at all.

These are only some of the things that Stacey went out of her way to do to make sure we had the perfect day.

I am so happy I hired Stacey to do live illustrations at my wedding! She was amazing, very easy to work with, and produced the most beautiful illustrations of my guests. She even added a watercolour halo after I requested this, even though it wasn't something she'd done before. Everyone was so excited when they were given their illustration to take home. Stacey was brilliant! We found her through our wedding venue’s (Merriscourt) website, as a recommended supplier. We thought live illustration was a great and different, a not overdone wedding favour idea; our guests loved that they could take the pictures home with them! Stacey was a perfect and unique addition to our wedding. Our guests absolutely loved their gifts. We can't wait for our A4 portrait with our little dog as an addition too, which she offered to combine despite us not being able to bring our dog to the actual wedding. We booked Stacey for our wedding in November and she was absolutely amazing! From the start she was so warm and friendly, responded quickly amd showed genuine enthusiasm. You can tell she loves her job! Everything on the day was perfect and she was bombarded by our guests who were all desperate for an illustration. We were able to order additional illustrations for those guests who weren't finished/able to attend on the day and we've had so many photos sent to us of them framed in people's houses. It was such a lovely alternative to the standard wedding favours that often get left on the table and one of our personal highlights!

When I got engaged in April 2025 I knew I definitely wanted a live illustrator at the wedding. However, I quickly got dismayed by the lack of responsiveness and transparency when it came to cost.
When I found Stacey's page on Instagram I instantly loved her work and was so relieved to see the prices of her packages on her website which helped me to know if this was something that would fit our budget.
Stacey had a variety of packages and was so easy to talk to, responding to all my questions.

The booking process was super easy, and Stacey always replied promptly. On the day, it was such a hit with all the guests, everyone was so excited to get their illustrations and so happy with the final products. Such a special and memorable part of our wedding, and incredible value for money given the amount of work put in! Stacey illustrated for the entire day at our wedding at the Old Gore Barn in Cirencester and she was such a massive hit with our guests! They loved the personalised illustrations as a favour and all were raving afterwards about how sweet and thoughtful she was. Stacey was easy to work with in advance of the wedding and arrived promptly to ensure she was settled and ready to go once the ceremony finished. Having now met Stacey, we are so glad we managed to have her on our wedding day. The portraits were fantastic and we could not recommend her any more!

She also illustrated my dog who was our ring bearer and it’s just perfect!

We had a caricaturist booked for our wedding who cancelled a month before, so I went on the hunt for someone last-minute — and Stacey replied super fast and was instantly so helpful. I expected it to be really stressful trying to find and book someone on short notice, but Stacey made it feel easy and reassuring from the first message.

Stacey was amazing, and we honestly couldn’t be happier. From start to finish she was brilliant — friendly, calm, and professional — and our guests absolutely loved her.

The illustrations were not only gorgeous, but such a special keepsake. We’ve loved seeing friends and family sending us photos of their drawings afterwards and showing how they’re displaying them at home — it’s so lovely knowing they’re up and being enjoyed, rather than being tucked away or thrown out.

Stacey captures people so beautifully, and the whole experience added something really unique to our day. We’re also so grateful for our own illustration. When we got home the next day, it felt like we didn’t have any proof the day had really happened yet (or even photos of us!), so seeing our illustration made me so happy. Our venue even displayed it in our room so nicely, and it just felt like this perfect, tangible reminder that the day really happened.

If you’re thinking about having a wedding illustrator, do it. My now-husband did say “wtf is that?” when I first suggested the idea… but he absolutely loves our little framed cat illustration and our couple one now. He was also amazed by how many people messaged us afterwards with photos of theirs.
