Paul took time to get to know us and listened to what we wanted in terms of tone. His first draft was great but he was also really happy to make changes so that the script for the ceremony was as a perfect fit for us. Our guests really enjoyed the ceremony and some even said it was the best wedding ceremony they’ve ever been to!

We wanted a personal, meaningful ceremony and Jules delivered perfectly. From our first meeting, she put us at ease and really understood us as a couple. She was responsive, full of helpful suggestions, and even coordinated with our venue. The ceremony she wrote was heartfelt and unique to us—emotional without being overly sentimental. Our guests loved it, and many were moved to tears. We couldn’t recommend Jules highly enough!

Well what can we say about Alison at Songbird Ceremonies except wow highly recommend her services. Due to our wedding being late on an evening we didn't think it would be possible to make our guests feel like they where attending an actual ceremony until we found out about the celebrant route. We cant praise or recommend Alison & Songbird highly enough. She adapted and moulded a whole script around what we were looking for and made our ceremony feel so real that none of our guests have questioned it, in fact everyone was so moved at the fact we included everyone in witnessing us get married they all complimented how well the ceremony was conducted and they even loved the personal touches as did me and my now husband. Alison was so warm and welcoming when we first met there was no awkwardness at all, she is patient, very friendly and professional. On the day she liaised with our other vendors to ensure the ceremony and other little details where perfect and organised the timings, which took so much stress off us. She captured our story perfectly making it all about us and even got people laughing. If your looking for a celebrant to make your occasions all about the person/people & to capture their story look no further.

I cannot describe what a fantastic ceremony Sarah delivered for us. She took the time to get to know us as a couple and this was portrayed in our very personalised ceremony. Sarah was so calming, she showed her experience and offered advice and ideas. Everyone loved our ceremony which had an Islamic element to it (not performed by Sarah) however the way in which she prepared ensured that the ceremony was flawless and just flowed. Everyone shared how great they thought Sarah was. Sarah incorporated everything that we wished for and more and no request was too much for her. She even found us Islamic poems for my children to read.. just perfect! She ensure that the ceremony had a romantic vibe with elements of comedy which was exactly what we wished for. I honestly cannot recommend Sarah enough. Thankyou so much x

Where to start…Sarah was amazing! The attention to detail, the engagement with the whole room but most importantly the love that Sarah put in to the ceremony made it one to remember! I have never laughed and cried so much at the same time. Thank you for everything and for making the wedding such a perfect day! ❤️

We couldn’t have wished for a better person to lead our ceremony. Rachael made everything feel so personal, heartfelt, and truly magical. Our guests haven’t stopped sharing their compliments about her, and we’re so grateful for the care and attention she put into our day. She introduced us to several beautiful unity rituals we’d never heard of, and we ended up choosing an oath stone, which now has pride of place on our mantle! She took such a genuine interest in us and our relationship, and it shone through in every part of the ceremony. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for the perfect celebrant.

Thank you so much for being a part of it! You kept it so stress free for us. Which is just amazing considering how close it was to the day. Your ideas and information you sent over put our minds at ease and even when we were nervous about saying our own words you helped and I am so happy you did because the words were beautiful.

One of the best decisions we made was having Jo as our celebrant for our Wedding in July. The ceremony was the thing we both were most nervous about, but those nerves vanished as soon as we met her. It felt like we had known her all our lives - and the ceremony she delivered is something we'll remember for the rest of our lives. It was so heartfelt, personal, and more than we ever imagined it to be. She is an incredibly special (and fabulous!) person and we're so glad she was such a big part of our day. To this day people talk about how lovely our ceremony was! If you're thinking about a celebrant - it has to be Jo! We can't thank you enough ❤️

We were lucky enough to have Gemma as the celebrant for our wedding on 20th March 2026, and we still can’t quite believe how perfect she made our day. We’d been searching for someone who matched our vibe — a warm, hobbity, Lord‑of‑the‑Rings‑inspired celebration — and from the moment we met Gemma online, then over the phone, and finally in person, we knew we’d found the right person. When she sent us the first draft of our ceremony, it genuinely felt like she had reached into our hearts and read our minds. It was everything we wanted and more. We didn’t change a single word. Reading it had us both in tears, and hearing it on the day was even more powerful. The ceremony was utterly us — funny, warm, eloquent, magical, and full of heart. Our guests haven’t stopped talking about it, and there truly wasn’t a dry eye in the room. Gemma created something that felt like a huge, comforting hug wrapped in storytelling and love. We’re still floating on air from the whole experience, and we would recommend Gemma to absolutely anyone. I stumbled on Joanne whilst on the hunt for the 'right person' to do our ceremony. I wanted someone articulate, confident, who was a natural and at home in front of an audience. When we first spoke nothing seemed to much trouble, in fact she welcomed doing things differently, if we so desired. There really was no right or wrong way to do it. Having been together 23 years, we probably weren't a typical bride and groom. But, with her indepth questionnaires, Joanne was able to get us thinking and ultimately provide her with content, which she could carefully craft, make sense of and write an interesting and often humerous intro, for our guests on exactly how we met. The service was filled not only with laughter, but great sentiment and love - exactly what we wanted. We felt Joanne was great value for money, for all her time and the calibre of the work she produced. Joanne made the whole experience of sorting out the service, easy and enjoyable.
