We decided we wanted a celebrant wedding for a more personalised experience and after speaking to Alison at Songbird Ceremonies we immediately felt comfortable with her and could feel that she is a genuinely lovely caring lady who loves what she does. She took the time to meet us for a cuppa and get to know us before writing us the most gorgeous personalised script based on our story as a couple. She even helped to take care of our doggies who we had as part of our special day as she is a dog lover herself. Jack and I are so grateful for you being an important part of our special day and helping to share our love with all of our family and friends who celebrated with us. Thank you so much Alison! We are so so grateful to have had Joanne as our celebrant. Our ceremony was so beautiful and personal, it had our guests both laughing and crying in the same breath. So many people commented on how unique and lovely it was and how perfectly Joanne had managed to summarise and capture our relationship and story. It was truly one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding and we feel so lucky to have had Joanne as part of our day! Thank you so much!

We chose Angela to officiate our wedding, and we are so thankful for her help. She was great from the start, giving us of ideas and suggestions, whilst also listening and taking on board what we wanted. She took the time to personalise everything, making sure the ceremony reflected our style and feelings perfectly. One of the best things was how she included all our family members in the ceremony. Our teenage son and our lively three-year-old daughter felt very much a part of the day. With her creative suggestions, we were able to involve other family members through readings and the beautiful handfasting tradition, which made the experience even more special and memorable. Angela ensured that the ceremony was organised and seamless. Her soothing voice was engaging and easy to listen to whilst telling our story. She even added a touch of humour throughout, which made the atmosphere light and fun. She told our story beautifully, and our guests were genuinely touched by it. We want to thank Angela for making our day so special. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a celebrant.

Our ceremony was absolute unique and wonderful in every way. Meg is absolutely.outstanding and incredibly professional and our guests have not stopped talking of the wonderfully thoughtful and emotional ceremony the fabulous Meg Stanier helped us to orchestrate. From the minute we spoke to Meg on our first meeting and throughout Meg is so supportive providing all the incredible detail and exquisite finishing touches that made our day Meg was an absolute pleasure absolutely buzzing with personality , ideas and ways to make your day something that you’ll never forget and absolutely unique to you but at the end of the day makes it your choice, your special moment She’s easy to talk to happy to amend little tweaks and is open to ideas … You just know no one else has had anything like it.! Meg even came to see me in the morning whilst I was getting ready to put my mind at rest , I mean who else would do that … from the minute you chat to her she feels like an old friend, are you feeling safe hands from the second you start this journey. Then there’s the stunning stationary that Meg creates is absolutely beautiful and she honestly thinks of everything! We had waited 25 years in our relationship before we finally decided to marry and we only had a few months to arrange everything ! So we chose to marry in Halifax in a beautiful hotel we had a band warming and champagne box ceremony This meant that our wedding bands were carefully passed around the room during the ceremony so by the time they arrived back to us to be exchanged they had been blessed with love and best wishes for our beautiful friends and family. This absolutely melts my heart. And I think of that moment and that feeling when I look at my wedding bands to this day. Then we had a champagne box ceremony but I’m not going to give all her secrets away just know it was beautiful! Meg’s right there with your guests before the bridal party even walk in she’s chatting to them and making them feel special and at ease honestly is out of this world with her professionalism. Meg went out of her way to make our seven-year-old grandson Edward comfortable in doing his ring security duties . Meg thought of everything and more and we can’t think of enough. I just wish I’d run back and gave her a great big hug before walking down the aisle although I did get to see her afterwards honestly this woman deserves every success She’s at the top of her tree and I just want to sing from the rooftops about the wonderful day and feeling that she gave everyone on our incredible day in November. Thanks Meg you deserve every success you honestly do .
