Owner Gemma Jay is an Independent Celebrant who has been working in the wedding industry since 2009. She has been involved in hundreds of weddings and met a great many wonderful people along the way. Gemma is passionate about love, and she wants your ceremony to reflect your unique style and story. Gemma wants you to feel free to express yourself and really make your day your own, and she can’t wait to be your guide and collaborator as you chart your next steps towards your happily ever after.

North East Celebrant principally covers Sunderland, Newcastle, Northumberland, Durham, and Middlesborough, but Gemma is happy to travel to locations further afield.
