Hi, I'm Sharon, an Independent Celebrant of Honeybee Ceremonies and my roots are firmly placed in the northeast. I live in Ponteland, Northumberland with my family and for the last 37 years have worked across the region with a public service organisation, meeting people from all walks of life who need support, guidance, and solutions to problems.

I decided it was time to change direction and trained with the Academy of Modern Celebrancy to become an independent wedding celebrant. I love seeing the joy, excitement, and love shared on the magical day of a wedding and believe that the skills I have gained over the years are perfect for creating personalised ceremonies as a celebrant and making all you loved up couples feel safe and secure during the big day... with a little bit of fun too.

Meeting new people who want to be together in love, learning about them and their dreams for the future and their perfect wedding ceremony, fills me with joy and excitement and especially the feeling of privilege, to be considered let alone chosen to write a unique, personalised ceremony script that reflects the people they are and will leave memories forever after.
