Ruth Carter Celebrant is an independent celebrant that is now based in the North East of England.

Ruth has recently relocated from working with ex-pat couples in the Middle East,and is building her business in the UK.

Ruth loves creating ceremonies that are perfect for her couples!!!!

While Ruth is now based in the North East of England she is happy to travel further afield to conduct ceremonies travelling in her campervan 'Aethelstan the Van'.
