WE LOVE PIZZA. WE LOVE BBQ.
We launched The Wedding Pizza Company in 2017 and to date have served over 80,000 made to order pizzas. In 2020 we added The Wedding BBQ Company, serving big, British grass-fed steaks, Wagyu burgers, roast chicken, and Atlantic line caught lobster. Any can be served for a formal lunch or an evening informal late-night snack to fuel the dancing. Both offerings can be served out of the same truck, meaning we can serve a steak lunch to the table followed by evening pizza. Or pizza then burgers and chicken. Or pretty much anything you want!
The Wedding Pizza Company
We eat a lot of pizza - and we know what tastes amazing. There are many types of pizza, but we serve Neapolitan sourdough pizza. Our dough is made from only 4 ingredients - imported Italian Caputo flour, natural Neapolitan yeast, purified water and a pinch of salt.
Our sourdough starter was "born" in 1907 - Edward VII was on the throne and Einstein started work on his Theory of Relativity. Every day since then, a little bit of flour and water has been added to give you a taste of history.
We have 6 trucks of varying sizes and a staff of experienced chefs. Our ovens cook at 500 degrees and produce a perfect pizza in 90 seconds, so your guests are never kept waiting.
Our classic Margarita is a great pizza, but we love to experiment. We use a wide range of meats include spicy nduja, Italian pepperoni, home-made Italian sausage, and crispy bacon. We use a wide range of seasonal, fresh vegetables and dress with fresh basil, hot honey and Parmesan. We always carry vegan cheese and gluten-free bases, and our dough is vegan friendly, so no one goes hungry!
We charge £300 per horse box with one/two/three chefs and a host (dependant on the size of the event). We then charge a flat rate of
£10 per pizza
We take a 50% deposit and full payment 30 days prior to the event. Our last service is 11pm or we can extend our hours for an additional £100 per hour. All prices include VAT at the prevailing rate.
The Wedding BBQ Company
We believe that well-treated animals produce more flavoursome and all-round better meat. All our beef is British, grass fed and matured for at least 21 days to bring out the flavour and increase the tenderness. We have 6 trucks of varying sizes and a staff of experienced chefs.
We use British Wagyu beef for our burgers - the meat must originate from one of four traditional Japanese cattle breeds, Japanese Black, Japanese Brown, Japanese Shorthorn and Japanese Polled. The wagyu burgers we serve are rich, tender, and full of flavour. Once you have tasted them, you will never look at the Golden Arches the same.
Our steaks are 28 day, grass fed dry aged British Sirloin. We cook them at 500 degrees covered in Mayonnaise and Montreal steak seasoning. We can serve them in sourdough/brioche rolls or in 300g steaks (larger if you dare)!
We serve line caught American lobster - the sweetest, most flavourful lobster on Earth. It's been part of the coastal region for generations and is sustainably harvested. We import it frozen and defrost the day before your event to ensure its freshness. We boil it rather than grill it to retain the fresh and clean taste and serve in toasted brioche.
Our free-range chickens are roasted, quartered, and finished in out 500-degree ovens to ensure that they stay moist, but the skin is crispy! All the above can be served with fries and salad.
We charge £300 per horse box (£400 if you have fries) with one/two/three chefs and a host (dependant on the size of the event). We then charge
£10 per steak sandwich/burger/chicken
£14 per 300g steak
£18 per lobster roll
£2 per person for fries
We can serve steak and chips to the table £POA depending on the cut. We take a 50% deposit and full payment 30 days prior to the event. Our last service is 11pm or we can extend our hours for an additional £100 per hour. All prices include VAT at the prevailing rate.
