Fosters Catering were absolutely outstanding for our wedding. We chose their pub classics menu, and it was a huge hit with every single guest — so many people told us it was some of the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding.

The quality was incredible, everything was served piping hot, and the portion sizes were perfect. The staff were also amazing: friendly, attentive, and effortlessly professional throughout the entire day. They helped everything run smoothly and made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable.

We couldn’t recommend Fosters Catering highly enough. If you’re considering them for your wedding, you won’t be disappointed — they truly delivered!

Foster's Catering was such a great choice for our day. I'd had some trouble finding a company that was willing to do a bespoke menu and from the start they filled us with confidence.
From the initial meeting where they essentially started with a blank slate and went through all the potential options for how the day could look; through to the tasting which was such a useful evening where we got an idea of how great their service was and where we could make any changes and requests with no hassle. The final day was spectacular, the staff were friendly and hardworking and what makes it 5 star for me was the inclusivity and extra effort they made to cater for a couple of really tricky religious diets last minute. We had the best day and Foster's helped make that happen.

Everyone has commented on the quality of our food on our day, the team were absolurely fantastic and we couldn't be more pleased. We had the posh BBQ family style and it couldn't have tasted better, they were also amazing at catering for dietary requirements and being flexible when some people changed what they wanted last minute. Very very highly recommended!

Darren and his team were absolutely fantastic. They created such a wonderful bespoke BBQ menu for us and truly brought our vision to life. The food was incredible – our guests couldn’t stop complimenting how delicious everything was throughout the day.

One of the highlights had to be the woodfired pizzas in the evening. They were not only delicious but also “choose your own toppings,” which everyone loved – such a hit and the perfect way to round off the night.

On top of that, Darren and the team were so accommodating, even with all our last-minute table plan changes, and made everything feel seamless. We’re so grateful to them for helping make our day so special (and so delicious!).

From start to finish, Foster's Catering was absolutely phenomenal to work with! Planning a wedding from a different time zone seemed like a logistical nightmare at first, but the Foster’s team made everything feel seamless. They were incredibly responsive, understanding, and always one step ahead when it came to accommodating our questions and last-minute changes.
On the big day, their service was flawless—professional, friendly, and so thoughtful in every detail. One of the biggest highlights of the evening (and we still hear about it from our guests!) was the evening pizza they served. It was the perfect late-night snack, and people are still talking about how good it was! Honestly, it made the night feel even more fun and relaxed.

Food was lovely and the team was easy to work with, would reccomend. The prices were very reasonable too.

We had Canapés, a Cypriot BBQ sharing meal, trio of deserts and a pizza oven for the evening. The sharing food worked exactly as we wanted with everyone passing bits between people and we've recieved many compliments from our guests about the food. Fosters were very accommodating and helpful during the planning process and we would definitely recommend them for anyone's wedding.

As recommended suppliers for Ufton it made so much sense to go with Fosters, and our decision was cemented even further with our flexible they were with our 'abnormal' wedding day timeline and requests

Darren and Kirsty were always happy to answer our questions on how the day would run, and coming up with ideas on how to make it smooth and keeping everyone fed throughout the day. They're definitely wedding pros! From serving our welcome drinks to sorting out cheese and biscuits in the evening, they smashed it all.

We also asked for our favourite ciders to be available behind the bar, Fosters came through with the goods for us!

For our early evening food, we opted for the flatbreads and pizzas, we've had rave reviews from everyone, ourselves included, on how delicious everything was! And so fun to see the pizzas being made in front of you!

We couldn’t be more thrilled with the exceptional service provided by Darren, Kirsty, and the entire Foster's team for our wedding. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond, offering expert advice on everything from drink quantities to the perfect timing for food and guest arrivals. Their attention to detail was unmatched, and they even helped us plan the preliminary order of the day, making sure everything flowed seamlessly.

The menu was incredibly flexible, and they accommodated all our dietary needs, including vegan and celiac guests, without any issues. Their knowledge and experience were evident throughout the planning process, and they were always on hand to answer any questions, making the whole process so much easier for us.

On the big day, they took care of thepre-agreed table layouts, which took a huge weight off our shoulders, and the food was absolutely incredible. We received endless compliments about the delicious BBQ food, and guests were raving about the crème brûlée desert, some even claimed it was the best they’d ever had! But the evening pizzas was a real crowd-pleaser, going down a storm with everyone.

I would highly recommend Darren, Kirsty and their amazing team for your wedding catering. From the beginning Darren and Kirsty were very responsive and helpful answering all our questions. We attended a menu tasting, where Darren explained everything we need to know and we were able to taste a few options for our wedding menu to help us make a decision on the final dishes. On the day, the food and service was amazing and we had many compliments from our guests on how nice the food was. The evening bar was also very reasonably priced as well. Fosters catered our wedding at Ufton Court in August 2024. From the first time we tried their loaded fries at Ufton’s wedding fayre, we knew we had to book them! They were also all the other wedding suppliers’ favourite caterers and we completely see why!

We wanted to make our wedding as personal to us as possible and Darren was so incredibly kind in creating a bespoke menu for us for our wedding breakfast, based on our favourite Greek restaurant’s dishes! We also had specific cocktails served at the drinks reception which Fosters prepared superbly.

The food was absolutely delicious, so many guests commented on how tasty it all was and how it didn’t taste like the standard ‘wedding food’. Our tasting was one of the best days of wedding planning (and of the whole year!) and we could not believe how delicious the food was: we are still dreaming about it! We also had a few specific dietary requirements among our guests and Fosters were so incredible at catering for them and discussing the menu with them. The evening food truck was a huge hit and the loaded fries were so tasty and different, they were perfect for a mid dancing snack!

Communication with Kirsty and Darren was always so smooth and easy, and we really appreciated all the patience after we sent about 4 versions of the final table plan! They also went above and beyond, providing support and advice about plenty of aspects of the wedding, not just the food!

We really hope to find many more opportunities to eat Darren’s incredible food and we could not recommend Fosters highly enough! Our only regret is that we can’t have Fosters around to cook for us on a daily basis!
