Facilities and Capacity

The main Tregothnan Hall can accommodate up to 160 for a sit-down wedding breakfast and up to 250 people for the evening reception. The Wedding Package also includes two additional lounge areas, the bar area and a private changing room with an en-suite. Smaller, more intimate weddings can also be catered for. Soon-to-be-weds and their guests will have sole use of the building, so it will be exclusive and private. The Pavilion boasts beautiful views of rolling hills which can be seen from the terrace and back lawn, perfect to enjoy while you are having your reception drinks. To support the happy couple in the lead-up to their big day, you will have a dedicated wedding coordinator working with you to finalise plans. They will also be there on the day, making sure everything runs as smoothly as possible. With regard to catering, couples have a choice between two local caterers, which gives them the freedom to create the perfect menu just for them. They are friendly and flexible and have a strong emphasis on local produce where possible. The Pavilion Centre manager Emma has extensive knowledge of local suppliers and can offer recommendations if you need assistance. Local wedding events company, “Art of Weddings”, currently hosts four wedding fairs a year at the Pavilion Centre. These can be a great way of finding out more about the suppliers available for your special day and a must in any brides-to-be diary.
