Immersed in 12 acres of abundant nature, this sustainable complex is primed for DIY weddings of any size and style. Here, you can enjoy absolute flexibility to transform the setting into your own unique design, whether you favour rustic, vintage, tipi, or classically traditional. For the ultimate chilled-out experience, there is plenty of space for activities and games, set against outstanding views over the glorious Devon countryside.

Facilities and capacity

At Moorhead Country Weddings, you'll be free to create a completely individual day with exclusive use of the grounds for up to three days. There is a number of ceremony spots you can choose from, including the woodland area or stunning fishing lake. Across each spectacular setting, there is room to be as creative as you wish for your big moment before returning to host the celebrations. You can opt for a marquee with ample space for up to 150 guests or take advantage of the indoor function area for a smaller wedding of 70. Each choice includes a fully-licensed and stocked bar until 11.30. The main complex is awash with fantastic on-site facilities, including a heated indoor swimming pool, hot tub area, gym, and a fully-equipped games room. Outside, guests can enjoy pitch and putt or relax on the one-acre fishing lake. To make the most of this holiday venue, you and your loved ones can embark on a weekend stay within 15 self-catering apartments that sleep up to 52.
