Hotel Wedding Venues in Merseyside

We booked the Crowne Plaza for our 60th birthday party/secret wedding celebration due to the location and we were not disappointed. The venue was ideal and the staff could not be more helpful in helping us arrange everything and to keep our wedding reveal secret. They went above and beyond to help us organise everything so that it went smoothly. The buffet was also excellent. A special mention for Carla and Kasey who were very friendly, professional and helpful. My only criticism would be communicating with the hub. Although, they answered any questions promptly they, on occasions, provided the wrong information. For example, one 3 separate occasions they planned a meeting for me at the hotel with a named member of staff but, when arriving the particular member of staff was not available. On one occasion we had to wait 45 minutes for a different member of staff to arrive. However, the staff at the hotel sorted out any problems and restored my confidence in that we had chosen the right venue. It's a shame that the Hub and hotel don't communicate with each other to ensure there are no worries/problems. Dealing with the staff at the hotel straight away was the ideal solution. All the staff at the hotel, including the breakfast staff, reception (Charley), catering and bar staff and as mentioned previously; Carla and Kasey were an asset to the hotel. Thank you The ambassador room was also very good.

Me and my wife got married December 16th 2022. We spent months looking for the perfect venue for our reception but nothing could meet our needs until we come across the Adelphie Hotel in liverpool city centre. We made an appointment to have a look and see what they could offer. When we arrived at the Adelphie Hotel we was amazed at the entrance and how grand it was. We had a talk with the wedding team who are absolutely amazing by the way and They have great knowledge and experience as it truly shows at our wedding. We went for the twilight package for our big day and what we got included was amazing it was everything we wanted and more all in one Fantastic price. The dj that was also included in the price was incredible he was friendly and very polite and very talented. When we arrived at our reception we had photos taken on the grand stairs and it was absolutely stunning. Afterwards we was introduced by lana to all of our guests who was all greeted with drinks on arrival I would love to add. It was an incredible moment one we will never forget. We had one of the best buffets I've seen at any wedding that included curry and rice, chips, sandwiches, sausage roll, pork pies the list goes on and on. All of our guests loved the food especially the curry. After our amazing night was over we got to stay in the bridal suite for the night and wow what a treat that was 2 massive rooms and a massive bathroom and one of the comfy beds I've ever slept in. For every couple looking to get married, don't waste your time looking around when you have this incredible place that can offer you everything you need and want and so much more. Thank you, lana and your team, for everything you did for us.

The service that was provided from the very start was outstanding. The staff were extremely courteous and polite. We could not have wished for a better service.

Birthday treat, beds comfy, room spacious, bath you could swim in, recommend

We had our wedding at the Titanic Hotel and it was truly the most amazing day. The venue is absolutely stunning and made such a beautiful backdrop for our celebration – it really does have that “wow” factor. I can’t thank Lauren and Lottie enough for all their support. From the planning to the big day itself, they were so helpful, organised, and reassuring, which made everything run seamlessly. They went above and beyond to make sure we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The staff were all fantastic too – so friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Everyone made us and our guests feel so well looked after. The food was also incredible! So many of our guests commented on how delicious everything was. We honestly couldn’t have chosen a better venue and I would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a stunning venue with amazing staff.

We held our wedding day + night at Mercure Haydock May 2025 - Booked 18 months prior , amazing communication via email or phone with Nicola, Stephanie & their team. Nothing was ever a bother (Especially me adding everything on last minute!) We stayed the night before and staff couldnt do enough for us - Rooms / Suites all very comfortable, clean & spacious. Variety of pastries, hot & cold food for breakfast. Defenitley recommend Mercure, we will sure be staying more often! Thanks again Team for my our day so special!

Cannot find 1 fault with this venue. We had our day on 15th July 2022 and everything was just perfect from start to finish, staff were friendly, venue was dressed beautifully and exactly how I wanted, nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was out of this world (and the portion sizes were amazing), attention to detail was spot on. Rachel and Ryan are absolute wedding angels and I cannot thank them enough for everything. Almost 3 weeks on and I’m still in awe of our perfect day 🤍 Thank you everything guys. Xx

Perfect day My husband and I got married at Sefton Park Hotel in the beautiful Lakeside Suite over the weekend and it was incredible, despite the hectic planning, I secretly wish we could relive the day one more time. We both fell in love with Sefton Park Hotel the minute we walked in and met with Conor, Sue & Megan at a Wedding Fayre back in February. I was lucky enough to chat with Conor the owner who was so friendly and helpful. Conor, Sue & Megan on the open day were just so kind and sweet and we were convinced immediately that Sefton Park Hotel felt like our home and would make our wedding dream come true. Conor sat with myself and Graham at the Wedding Fayre and he really listened to what we wanted rather than telling us what we could have. I left the Wedding Fayre excited about finding such a lovely venue and by the time I got home just after 6pm I had an email from Conor with a quote. I was so impressed. This was both mine and my husbands second time around and although we didn’t want anything too grand we wanted it special and it was just a perfect day. Toni, Joe and all the staff on the actual day of the wedding were all absolutely amazing. Megan answered all my emails and questions in a timely manner and never complained with all the name, table changes etc. The decorations and set up was amazing, and my request for fresh eucalyptus to be laid on the tables because I love the smell was just perfect! A big thank you to all Sefton Park Hotel. Also just to add the room was recently refurbished which is stunning. We originally had booked a different venue, but due to sever lack of communication from them, we decided to look elsewhere, and thankfully we found Hard Days Night!!! Our trust in the system had been severely stunted and had us worried to continue with the idea of a wedding reception (we got married June 23, but didn’t have our reception until October 24). Started our Journey with Alfie at Hard Days Night, but he got a job offer elsehwere and left for new pastures, we worried again that we were about to loose everything, but Taylor stepped in and handled us very well keeping constant comms with us leading up to the day, where due to family commitments, she had to step away and Ada took over, yet again, up most professionalism shined through on the evening. Credit to whe whole team for the evening, and to the chefs for the amazing food we recieved. For anyone thinking Black and Red won’t make a good Colour Choice…think again!!! Paired with white, it made for such a great contrast over the whole space!!!
