We originally had booked a different venue, but due to sever lack of communication from them, we decided to look elsewhere, and thankfully we found Hard Days Night!!!

Our trust in the system had been severely stunted and had us worried to continue with the idea of a wedding reception (we got married June 23, but didn’t have our reception until October 24).

Started our Journey with Alfie at Hard Days Night, but he got a job offer elsehwere and left for new pastures, we worried again that we were about to loose everything, but Taylor stepped in and handled us very well keeping constant comms with us leading up to the day, where due to family commitments, she had to step away and Ada took over, yet again, up most professionalism shined through on the evening. Credit to whe whole team for the evening, and to the chefs for the amazing food we recieved.

For anyone thinking Black and Red won’t make a good Colour Choice…think again!!! Paired with white, it made for such a great contrast over the whole space!!!

I just wanted to say a huge thank for our special day on the 1st December 2002.

The day itself was perfect and exactly how we had hoped, which we believe was in no small part down to you. We chose Hard Days Night Hotel for our wedding due to the venue absolutely blowing us away. Like most venues, they are only as good as the team working in them, so there is always a concern you've made the right choice and it will match your expectation. From the moment we had our first meeting, all of that uncertainty disappeared. We knew we'd made the right decision.

Your planning and organisation of the day, took away so much of what should have been stressful and a worry. We knew exactly what was happening throughout out the day and everything followed the plan.

We spoke to a number of our guests about booking rooms, all of them had booked using the code without any problem, I went through the process myself for a couple of guests and the staff were warm and friendly. They received emails confirming the bookings and to checking in which sped up the process on arrival. I was in Reception when others arrived and despite it being busy, the staff remained pleasant and dealt with customers and queries with patience and professionalism, checking guests in without them being rushed. Each guest appeared to be the most important.

The rooms that we went in were spotlessly clean and unbelievably large. All facilities were of a high standard. Again, this was commented on by a number of our guests.

We used a couple of suppliers that aren't part of the hotel's portfolio of suppliers, but that didn't faze anyone, everything was delivered and was where it needed to be and when it needed to be.

After the ceremony we moved into Harry's Bar, the drinks reception was in place for the guests arrival, with Canapés soon following. Again, this happened without fuss. The staff even kept a plate of Canapés for us as they knew we were away getting photos, which was a nice touch, which was gratefully received.

The bar staff were really good, throughout the evening. The first guy looking after the bar was excellent, he was attentive and friendly throughout the evening and kept the drinks flowing. The girls who followed him had a tough act to follow, but didn't disappoint, please pass on my thanks to them for nearly getting some of the jokes my comedy genius guest bombarded them with. There confusion was far funnier than the jokes. There was a lot of bewilderment that they didn't know what Pernod was!!

The choice and quality of the food was fantastic, and again was commented on by the guests.

I would also mention the DJ, he seemed to get the feel of the room very quickly, with the only time the dance floor was not full was when it was cleared for our first dance.

Even as we were leaving Eric, the concierge couldn't do enough for the guests leaving. He chatted and entertained some of our more "dishevelled" guests and made sure we all left with a smile.

I hope you now have a feel for how much we enjoyed our wedding at Hard Days Night Hotel.

My daughter had her ceremony and celebration here on 12th April. It would be hard to find fault with any part of the day. All went well and was do well organised it took away much of the stress associated with such events. Guests had a great time and everyone said how lovely the food at the meal and in the evening was. As parents we thought it was excellent value for money. We were treated so well by all the staff Lauren supported Jane and Martin through the organisation and no question was daft.we would recommend wholeheartedly.

Thank You for our wonderful wedding day. It was perfect. It went sadly too quick. All the added extras thrown in were so generous and thoughtful and the Lennon Suite for us what just the topping on the cake. It truly does put you above and beyond any other venue we looked at. Everybody complimented on how nice the food was in particular the beef. I sadly got ill at night due to a sickness bug (Maybe it was nerves and the day) but i managed to fight on and get our First Dance done and Cutting of the cake.

Even with this i still wouldn't have changed anything except somehow slowing it down as it seemed to fly by haha.

You truly did treat us like Royalty in particular my Bride Charlotte and My Son Lennon.

The Girls were Fab from Katie( Who sadly left due to a relocation), Jenny who was fab ( i imagine its difficult being a Wedding Planner but even more difficult picking up from somebody else half way through) through to both the girls on the day of the wedding

We are our sending you this message to say what a most pleasant experience we have had booking our Wedding breakfast at your hotel.

The service we received from Lauren was exceptional, who has been most helpful meeting all our needs and more.

Jenny & myself cannot speak more highly about Lauren, whose pleasant, smiling and professional manner guided us through the Wedding Breakfast process in a complete stress free time.

Lauren told us that she wanted to make our Wedding Day a most memorable experience not only just for us, but for all who are attending the wedding Breakfast, what a lovely statement for us to hear on such a stressful time whilst undertaking all the Wedding arrangements

We are sorry that we didn't get to say goodbye in person before we left. I loved Liverpool, I adore the hotel and I have a deeper understanding of the Beatles as a result!! Result!!!!!

To stay in the Lennon suite was a dream, and how magical that moment when Kev took us there. We will never forget the generosity and kindness you showed us with that gesture.

Just back from our honeymoon so only now starting to come back down to earth.
I cannot thank yourself, Lesley and Rachel enough for everything you lot did in the build-up and on the day. The whole day was perfect and we've had nothing but praise from guests regarding the venue, staff, DJ and food.

Rachel and Lesley were way beyond amazing on the day, they made us both feel so calm and the day couldn’t of gone any better.
