Country Wedding Venues in Shrewsbury

If you’re looking for a venue with character and a fairytale atmosphere then this is the venue for you. It has beautiful features, such as the black swans, the pond, the wooden swing, the flower garden aisle arch. Inside the venue the modern and dated touches, just blended into one. I managed to organise, plan and pay for my wedding within 7 months. It was an absolute beautiful day, which went really fast. We’ll definitely be back hopefully to renew our vows in 10 years time. Would highly recommend. The staff went above and beyond for my requests and needs.

Hi Hannah just wanted to say thank you for everything you helped us with on lead up and on the wedding day. Richard and the whole team made sure everything ran smoothly and went above and beyond to make sure me my husband and all our guest were happy and well looked after can u tell them all thank you. Also the upgrade to the master suit was just the cherry on the top of a absolute fantastic day thank you very much hoping to stay there again for our anniversary kind regards Mr & Mrs Butter We're planning to come back to Hawkstone soon to say a proper one, but in the meantime... THANK YOU! We had a wonderful day and have had nothing but compliments since on what a brilliant wedding it was. These compliments really should go to you and all the staff at Hawkstone. We were so impressed by Mike, Hayley, Howard and everyone that played their part. The little touches like offering to take nan back to the hotel in a buggy after the reception (and my exhausted wife!!) meant a lot. Hopefully catch you when we pop back soon. This quaint little wedding venue in the rolling Shropshire hills is an absolute delight. From the first time we saw it we knew that this is where we were going to get married. The setting is spectacular. Having three different rooms with different things going on and the beautiful courtyard made sure that every guest was catered for. Jade and her team were fabulous, they dressed the whole venue perfectly! On the day they couldn't have been any more helpful, making sure that everything was just right and making sure that everyone was happy. They went above and beyond right up until the last guest left. We are truly grateful for the effort that they all put into making our special day perfect! Thank you From the bottom of our hearts 💕

Janet and Keith made our day so special, they covered everything at the beginning and followed it all through to the clean up on Sunday. They deserve medals for patience and understanding. We are still coming down from the cloud nine…. It was an amazing day in an unbelievably beautiful venue which is only a couple of miles from where we live. We knew we need not look anywhere else the minute we met Janet and Keith and saw the church and venue. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt that we were their only clients which is an amazing achievement as we were only one couple of many they were helping…we would thoroughly recommend anyone who wants a country wedding to do it here! Russel and Jo were absolutely outstanding throughout everything from booking, planning, setting up and the big day. I cannot reccomend them enough. The venue was absolutely perfect, the views were stunning and thanks to them everything went without any issues at all. The accommodation was fantastic and they were so, so, accommodating. I am so glad that we booked this venue for our wedding and if I had the opportunity to plan the wedding over again I would pick The Granary Courtyard without a second thought. Thank you both for everything!
