We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to get married than Godwick. From the moment we booked, right through to the wedding day itself, everything was seamless. The venue is absolutely stunning! It’s relaxed and full of character and history and it provided the perfect backdrop for our wedding day. Having the accommodation on site made the whole weekend so easy for us and our guests, and we loved that we could put our own stamp on the day by choosing our own suppliers. A huge thank you to the entire team, but especially to Hannah. She was incredible throughout the planning process and on the day itself. Calm, organised, reassuring and completely in control, she made everything feel effortless. We never had to worry about a thing because we knew she had everything covered, which meant we could simply relax and enjoy! Our wedding day was just so much fun and so much of that was thanks to the amazing team at Godwick. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a wedding venue.

Ruth and her team pulled out all the stops to make sure we had the best day of our lives. The venue, accommodation and atmosphere were nothing short of perfect for us & we're so incredibly lucky to have our wedding at such a special place, thank you Ruth & the rest of the Elms Barn team!

We feel in love with hunters hall as soon as we stepped inside, the venue has so much character and the two barns give different vibes. We had plenty of contact throughout the planning and all of my emails with silly questions got answered so quickly. We were so lucky to work closely with one of the owners Matthew, what he doesn’t know about weddings isn’t worth knowing, he made us feel so welcome and allowed us to make his venue our own for the day. Our wedding day ran so smoothly thanks to the amazing team at hunters all, all the guests and the wedding party have shared how well everything ran and how supportive the staff were. We couldn’t be happier that we picked hunters hall.

When it came to choosing a wedding venue, neither of us had been married before, so the process felt quite daunting. We visited several venues, but many had a hire fee and required us to use their catering company, often with expensive minimum spend requirements. From the moment we met Richard at The Red Barn, our minds were put at ease. Not only is the venue absolutely stunning, but it also offers a level of freedom and flexibility that was hard to find elsewhere. The family who own and run it were incredibly accommodating from start to finish. You can truly tell it’s a family-owned venue because of the pride, care, and attention they put into everything they do. Richard and the family are so hands-on, and nothing was ever too much trouble. From phone calls, emails, and meetings to suggesting things we hadn’t even thought of, they supported us every step of the way. On the wedding day itself, they went above and beyond. Helping me put my veil in, hyping up our guests before announcing us into the reception, and even checking in the following day to make sure we were happy and okay. Throughout the wedding planning process, people often commented on how calm I seemed as a bride, and that’s because I knew we were in excellent hands. I cannot recommend The Red Barn highly enough. It’s not just a beautiful venue; it’s the incredible team behind it that truly makes it special.

We had a fantastic wedding day here in March 2018. Sam and the team couldn't have been better, and we have received many compliments about the venue, the food (especially the bacon rolls) and the drink. It was a pleasure dealing with Sam in the build up to the big day, and her team did all the extra bits you don't even think of! The barn looked amazing and was a great space for the wedding breakfast and the party afterwards!! The gardens provided a lovely setting for photos, and Bressingham Hall is a unique and beautiful house to stay in for your special occasion. We would both thoroughly recommend this venue! :) Thanks to Sam and all the team.

Well.. what can I say We had the best day and best experience of our lives at Thursford for our March wedding, from the moment we had the initial viewing right until we said goodnight after the wedding Melissa and her dream team were there every step of the way. On the day the management of events and time keeping was absolutely perfect, nothing seemed to small or big of an ask and we felt like Melissa and her team went above and beyond regular duties to make our day absolutely perfect to us. We had to think and worry about absolutely nothing.. it's almost as like she was in my mind the whole day making sure everything was exactly how I envisioned. A completely stressless experience thanks to the entire team and their hard work on the day of and leading up to. If we could do it again we would change absolutely nothing, this will be a day to remember forever, and from the bottom of our hearts thank you to all of the Thursford team for executing the best day we've ever had. We loved our time at Happy Valley and can’t imagine a more perfect location for our wedding. All our guests couldn’t believe how beautiful and spacious the site was. Katie, Hope, Klara and the team were so friendly and helpful throughout the lead up and on the weekend itself. The site has such great options for really making the event how you want it and it was amazing to spend such a long weekend with our families and whole wedding party on site and not just on the day itself. Memories made to last a lifetime!

We had our wedding in June at this wonderful, rustic barn. When we first went to see it, my fiancé and I knew instantly it was the place for us. It was like 'love at first sight'. With a barn as charming as this, you don't need many decorations. Carly was super helpful when it came to all our questions and let us go and visit the barn as many times as we needed. The views were incredible especially when the sun started to set. If you are looking for a gorgeous secluded venue that you can make your own, don't let this one slip through the cracks.

We fell in love with the venue at first sight! We wanted somewhere that would comfortable fit up to 40 during the day and up to 100 in the evening and this place did just that! We were tired of being quoted crazy prices for exclusive use of a huge property and acres and acres of land (where, let's face it, you'll occupy the courtyard closest to the bar and that's it!)... So this was perfect for us. Oh and sunset photo opportunity here is insane! Ultimately, what sold it to us was Paul. With other venues we were dealing with assistants, who, whilst very capable, had to check with the higher ups for confirmations. With this venue you deal directly with the owner which was perfect. Paul had no hidden fees and was happy to accommodate everything we needed. He and his team also did the in house catering and, at risk of sounding biased, was genuinely the best food many of us have ever had at a wedding. Paul was also so unbelievably accommodating with a maid of honor of mine, who had since been put on a strict kidney failure diet and as such became heavily restricted on so many foods, liquids and seasonings. As a result she felt prepared to cook her own food and ask the team to warm it up for her. However after contacting Paul, we arranged a meeting for him to sit down with her to discuss what she can and can't have and within mere minutes he created a kidney friendly meal specifically for her! Next, the accommodation! So beautiful and spacious! Many other venues require check out at 10am the day after (????) but Paul was once again super accommodating and allowed us to check out around 12 the next day. And before I forget the most important part, the venue is dog friendly, not just in some places, EVERYWHERE! I cannot stress how helpful and supportive Paul and he's team have been. Thank you to you all for your part in making our day the happiest day of our lives ❤️
