We booked Rebecca as a day of coordinator for our wedding in August 2025. Whilst we had a venue coordinator already, we wanted someone who was around for us, and Rebecca did just that. Nothing was too much trouble. When my flowers turned up the wrong colour, Rebecca turned florist. When the only baby at our event wouldn’t settle during dinner, she wandered around the breakfast room with the bag so our guest could eat her food. She was an incredible help with our elderly grandparents, ensuring they were prioritised for the lift and always has a chair. We always had a drink in our hand, and she had all guests ready and waiting for every photograph moment they needed to be involved in.
If you’re debating booking a wedding coordinator, I’d book Rebecca in a heartbeat! She was instrumental in making our day feel truly special!

Bek was our wedding coordinator in August. We had a tipi wedding at home and honestly the day wouldn’t have happened without her! She was phenomenal from start to finish, handled any mishaps and sorted them straight away with such professionalism! Always made sure we were ok and had what we needed (normally a drink! 🤣)

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Bek as our on-the-day Wedding Support and I honestly can’t recommend her enough. In the lead-up to the day, we booked a Planning Power Hour which was so helpful. Bek brought up things we hadn’t even thought of, like getting wedding insurance, which gave us real peace of mind.

She also came to do a detailed site visit with us where we walked through everything. It made us feel so much more prepared and reassured.

On the day itself, we had Bek’s On the Day Support package and she was honestly the glue that held it all together. She kept everything running smoothly and on time, helped with all the little details, and made sure my partner and I were well fed and watered throughout the day.

Bek was so kind and calm and nothing was ever too much trouble. She even helped all the groomsmen with their buttonholes, supported us during our solo shoot with the photographer and videographer, and lent me her lip gloss when I realised I’d forgotten mine. Just one of the many thoughtful things she did without hesitation!

She really went above and beyond and was worth every penny. We’re so grateful we had her there! Thank you Bek!

I don't know if I can sum up what Bek brings to the table in so few words. Bek jumped in with both feet to help us make sure our wedding went without a hitch (no pun intended), went above and beyond all day, AND was someone I actively wanted at my wedding on top of all of that. Every time I turned around, she was there with exactly what I was thinking I needed, before I said it out loud. Whenever we talk about our wedding, over a year later, all of our friends and family still talk about Bek and how amazing she was. At the very least, reach out to her and see what she can do for you - you won't regret it.

I was torn between getting a wedding coordinator or not. And thank god I did! Bec’s was more than a coordinator, she was an organiser, supporter and cheerleader and more! If you’re planning a wedding or any sort of large event for that matter, birthday parties, christenings, baby showers etc. YOU NEED BEK!!!
We first met Bek about 8 weeks before our wedding as we needed some help with our timings of the day. We met up at a local coffee shop in Ashbourne and had a “power hour” planning session with her. It was brilliant. She made us feel so relaxed and at ease. No question was too much and she was extremely reassuring.
Fast forward to the wedding, Bek did a site visit the day before whilst we were setting up to talk logistics and running of the day. Again she helped keep us calm and sorted out an issue that occurred whilst setting up.
She asked the more detailed questions and we are so happy she did because without her we wouldn’t have asked our other suppliers.
Without having Bek on the day we honestly don’t know what we would have done. From start to finish it went like clockwork and that was all down to her! The day ran incredibly smooth.
On the morning of the wedding Bek visited me whilst I was getting ready to have a final chat, she then went up to our reception venue to help our florist and any other suppliers that needed her support.
Whilst we had our ceremony at a church nearby she met with us after to help support the photographers and videographers with the confetti shot and group shots.
Once we had finished at the ceremony venue we all headed over to the reception venue where she stayed with us until around 9.30pm. We can’t thank you enough for being part of our day, we are so grateful for everything you did to help.
Thank you for keeping me calm, thank you for being so attentive, thank you for getting so many behind the scenes footage, thank you for being my 5th bridesmaid, thank you for putting the groomsmen in their place and organising them, thank you for helping with group shots, thank you for being our master of ceremonies, thank you for cutting up our cake and serving it, thank you in making our dream day come true...

We had Rebecca as “on the day support” and oh my goodness she was worth her weight in gold. She took care of anything and everything, meaning as a bride I didn’t worry about a thing my entire wedding day. She goes above and beyond and I would recommend her a million times over (even if your venue comes with a coordinator!)

My number one recommendation for any wedding in the area will forever be, hire Bek. Not only is she phenomenal at what she does, but the way in which she does it is what really puts her at the top. Meticulously planned, endlessly thoughtful and beyond funny. The list of reasons to why she makes your day go so much better is a mile long. If you think you've thought of it all, you haven't but Bek has.
At a base level she's worth the peace of mind when it comes to having another person thinking about all the logistics but far beyond that she's the guardian angel you need on your big day.

There really is no word which can describe how amazing Rebecca was leading up to our wedding and on our wedding day!! Everyone needs a Rebecca!! Nothing is too much trouble, all those finer details are completed and you just don’t even need to worry…it’s like Rebecca waves a magic wand. There were a couple of problems with suppliers eg. Being late and on the day, I never knew any of this until after the wedding day. My husband and I always say, our wedding day would not of been the perfect day without Rebecca. If you are in any doubt, please go for it and book her, she is worth her weight in gold!!
You also can’t say that other wedding planners/ event support would let your dogs out and take them for a walk and bring them too you to be in your wedding photos….Rebecca does!!
