Style and Wonder Wedding & Events is a full-service event planning and design studio, adding continued support and considered design to any special event.
With a skilled creative team supporting Katie, the driving force behind Style and Wonder, this bespoke event company specialise in working with dry hire event venues and have a passion for transforming unique and empty spaces into immersive and memorable moments that are tailored to you.
What we do?
Working remotely we cover any area of the UK or abroad, with a physical design studio nestled on the Dorset coast where we sample and produce our bespoke styling. Artfully delivering bespoke events that feel exciting, authentic and immersive. With a meticulous eye for detail and a watchful eye on the enitre event, we accompany you throughout your whole journey, so you can focus on the people and the party rather than the process.
Wedding design with Style and Wonder involves our designers applying their creativity and skill to help realise your vision and our wedding planning is set out to manage the production, logistics and execution of your wedding in a low key, stress-free manor.
Our values.
Style and Wonder are continually working to produce sustainable events. Our in house floral design studio ensures your wedding is foam-free and waste-free and full of seasonal blooms. All designs aim to relocate the floristry as your day unfolds and when the party is over, flowers that are not taken by guests are re-distributed to local community hubs.
The furniture and props are up-cycled pieces, with bespoke designs made for purpose for each event and re-worked for the next. With over 15 years in the business we have long standing relationships with like minded event specialists to lean on, creating a network of support all over the world that can get you through your event with ease and beauty.
Style and Wonder Wedding and Events are the creative force behind your event; they are ready to plan, design, style, and produce your special day in its entirety or just lend a helping hand where you feel you might need support.

Phenominal, beautiful, exceptional, This is Katie..
Katie was absolutely phenomenal, she took away so much of the stress in the months and weeks leading up to the wedding, constantly putting our minds at ease which quick, simple solutions to every minor detail we could think of!
Style & Wonder were with us across the whole weekend from decorating the Orchard for a garden soiree, to even partying with us when the I do's were complete. Tirelessly working in the background ensuring all the vendors knew where and when the needed to be for all points of the day, getting all the flowers and decorations absolutely spot on!
Katie also helped us with local vendors to the venue as we were travelling a long way for the wedding and all of her recommendations were absolutely spot on, we will 100% be using Style & Wonder and our other vendors in the future for anniversaries etc.
My wife and I were sad to be leaving the venue when the time came to depart, but we are so grateful to Katie for helping us create all these beautiful and happy memories that we will cherish for the rest of our lives, Thank you so so much.
If you are planning a wedding/party/social gathering we could not recommend Style & Wonder enough, spectacular. ❤️

The best decision we made!
Katie was amazing and trusting her with our wedding was the best decision we could have made. She took the brief of 'autumnal with fairy lights' and nailed it. Katie's patience when we were indecisive, unsure, or in need of a bit of guidance or a kick to keep things moving was nothing short of saintly (the fact this review is 8 months after the big day should be an indication of how we could be to work with at times).
Katie has an uncanny knack of suggesting ideas or suppliers that match exactly what you want even if you didn't quite know it, based on the vaguest of mentions during regular update calls. She was also great at putting our minds at rest whenever we had a crisis of confidence and felt behind with things.
On the day, everything moved along perfectly - not to a strict schedule (except where needed) but with the flow of the event. Katie and her team provided all the styling and florals, and everything exceeded expectation. The biggest compliment we can pay is that our guests thought it suited us to the ground and couldn't imagine any way it could have been better.
Thank you for making the day so easy and as 'us' as possible.

I’m not sure words do it justice for just how amazing Katie is! Her designs and styling ideas are beautiful and incorporate all of your personal requests. Cannot. Recommend. Enough.
Katie was recommended to us by a mutual friend, and from the moment we met for the first planning meeting, we knew we had found the perfect fit for us.
Warm, encouraging and incredibly knowledgeable, Katie guided us through the entire process from start to finish, with a calm, level head, and as much as detail as we wanted.
We were able to give Katie our ‘vision’ for the day, and when she then presented us with mood boards and ideas at our next meet-up, she had encapsulated it perfectly. We asked her to give us colour, fun, a relaxed vibe, and a ‘festival feel’, and that’s exactly what we got.
Using Style & Wonder enabled us to just focus on enjoying our day, and the lead up to it; with Katie and her team keeping all of the minuate and coordination away from us, we were able to spend extra time with family and friends, and really make the most of this incredibly special weekend.
We wouldn’t hesitate to use Katie again for future events, and recommend her whole-heartedly.

Best Stylist Ever
There aren’t enough words to describe how incredible Katie is and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding stylist. Katie went above and beyond to bring our ideas to life and we can honestly say that every single thing was perfect. Katie was always quick to respond to our messages and no ask was too big or small. We feel so unbelievably lucky to have had Katie plan and style our wedding, it truly was a fairytale

Katie is the absolute best
Wow, how can we even begin to put into words how incredible Katie is. From the day we got in touch she went above and beyond at every opportunity - one of the loveliest, most creative, brilliant, organised humans, getting to know you has been a joy and having you at our wedding was amazing. You totally got our vision for the day, and came up with so many creative solutions and creative ideas which really made the day. So many guests complimented how well organised the day was, and how utterly lovely and brilliant Katie herself was. If you're thinking about hiring a co-ordinator, absolutely do it. And hire Katie specifically. We had grins plastered on our faces all day. I felt zero stress, even though we had torrential rain almost all day. If you're spending a bunch of money on your big day, please gift yourself this lovely human, so that you can actually enjoy the fruits of your labours. Katie - thank you for making our day so special. You are amazing.

Sheer perfection!
Katie is and has been an absolute dream. She took our mad ramblings and vision and turned it into absolute perfection, our wedding day was exquisite. Her talent for venue styling and floristry is utterly incredible. Our flowers, not just our bouquets but also the general venue flowers, were simply stunning, she absolutely nailed the colour theme. It was better than we could have even imagined. There were so many comments on the day about how beautiful the venue looked. Not only this but Katie provided us with wedding planning services too. As we were so far away this was invaluable. We knew we were in safe hands. Nothing was too much trouble, and our late night/panicked emails and messages were met with nothing but love and enthusiasm. She provided a much needed sense of calm when the inevitable wedding stress and worry took over. No words can actually do Katie's work, or how much she has meant to us over the past 18 months, justice.

Can't recommend Katie enough
Katie did the most amazing job of styling our wedding. She brought our ideas to life perfectly and we couldn't have been happier with how it all came together. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and was always there to answer my questions, give advice, and talk through ideas. I honestly can't recommend her enough!

Fantastic!
Katie was absolutely fantastic from start to finish with helping us plan and pull off our wedding day. She was always there if we had any questions or needed any advice during the planning stages.
The styling on the actual day itself was amazing. Flowers and decorations were stunning and Katie always found clever ways to move and re-use the flowers etc to enhance every stage of the day without being wasteful!
Having her coordinating on the day was so helpful, it meant we didn't have to worry about everything else going on and we could focus on getting ready and getting married! She went above and beyond where she could and we are so grateful that she was a part of the day.
I would highly recommend anyone looking for event planning or styling to book Katie.

I credable
We decided to give ourselves the challenge to plan our wedding in 3 months and there is absolutely no way we would have achieved it without Katie. Everything from helping to find the suppliers, sorting decor and florals to actually making the day run without issue was down to Katie and her amazing team. We could not have asked for a better day.

Fantastic!
Absolutely loved Katie from the first email. She was always so excited to talk through everything and offered guidance where we needed it (which was pretty much everywhere!).
She absolutely nailed my vision for what I wanted the flowers to look like even though I was pretty rubbish at explaining. I still have people talk to me about how amazing our flowers (and everything!) looked. She was also amazing for getting the things we wanted to fit to our budget as much as possible.
Everything ran so smoothly on the day and she was so discreet I barely even saw her.
I’m so glad we picked Style & Wonder to do both the planning and the venue styling/flowers. It was all so easy for us and gave us a really lovely day. Thank you Katie for all your hard work and being super friendly always!
