Laura is, quite possibly my favourite person I have ever had the pleasure to meet, work with and know.

When I reached out to Laura about shooting our wedding she let me know that really, it had been a tough year - she was working crazy hours shooting peoples weddings and lives to make up for what has been, and continues to be, a really tough time for the wedding industry - and that she had been saving her August bank holiday cancellation (only about two months away at this point) as a (well-deserved) day off. Laura gave up one of her only free weekends in the 2021 summer wedding season to join us on our special day, and for that I am eternally grateful to her.

At the end of my first call with Laura, I knew that I had found magic in her and that no matter where I looked or searched no one would compare. Oh how right I was! On the day of the wedding Laura was, without a doubt, the most brilliant, wonderful and magical person I had the pleasure to have by my side. She was everywhere all at once, she captured every moment and every person, she seamlessly manoeuvred our guests to orchestrate every shoot we has asked for and she did it all perfectly. Laura was so brilliant on the day, that without even having seen her photos, so many of our guests commented on how wonderful, confident and competant she was to have around.

As the bride, Laura being amazing was not just about her as a photographer and how wonderful her photos are, it was also about Laura as a person. Laura helped me get dressed, she helped carry my dress down the stairs, she made sure I had opportunities to eat and drink, she was the only person I trusted to get my ridiculously long veil in and out of my hair, she found and applied Vaseline to my arms where my dress was rubbing. If Laura was not such a magical photographer, and I had hired Laura as a brides best-friend on my wedding day - I would have also given her 5-stars all around.

But Laura is a photographer and she is not just any photographer, she is a brilliant photographer. As a woman who loves to blink in every photo, pulls faces at everyone and everything all the time and, very rarely remembers to truly smile in a photo - Laura showed, through the lens of her camera, that all I was on my wedding day was a laughing, smiling bride (with eyes wide open in every shot). Laura captured moments at our wedding that I will truly cherish forever. Every image we have is magical, everything sparkles with joy and light and love, and every image she has sent our way reminds me that Laura's photos are not just magical, but that Laura herself bringing the magic. She is a beaming bright light of skill and wonder, and she is worth every penny and more.

I could probably wax lyrical about Laura and her work, and how amazing it is for days. But, nothing speaks to how wonderful Laura's work is the way her work does - it truly speaks for itself. So please, do yourself a favour and take yourself to her website or her instagram and know that you are in, not only safe hands, but the best hands, with Laura.

Our experience with Laura was amazing, from our first meeting to the day we received our photos. She was professional, understood exactly what we wanted & put us at ease throughout the day. She’s given us a catalogue of photographs that tell the story of our wedding perfectly; from bridal prep through to the evening reception.

Laura is an absolute babe!
We asked Laura to photograph our wedding because I'd seen her travel and wedding photography online and the way she captures the atmosphere of the day is sublime! Not only is Laura the most chilled and relaxed person to have around but she just got straight into taking snaps whilst we got ready, at the ceremony and the aftermath, you hardly even notice her there! She also works really hard to find the right photo to suit the couple, hence we got shoulder deep in a corn field and the photos were magical!
Another lovely thing about Laura is that she turns around about 4/5 edited photos from your day within, for us, 24hrs. This was amazing as we could share them with family and friends who were still around after the wedding straight away, kept the excitement going really nicely!
She is truly a star, trust me, you want her to shoot your wedding! x

It maybe cliche but I honestly can't recommend Laura enough. She manages to get those perfect natural shots without you even noticing! She captures those little moments and you have them in a photo forever. Laura was really professional and went out of her way to make sure she had amazing photos of us. I couldn't be happier. Laura is an absolute star! From our first FaceTime call to taking our couple shots (on our second wedding!) she put us at ease and made us feel comfortable in front of a camera. In fact it felt like we were chatting to an old friend who was just taking photos of us. All our wedding guests have said the same, how lovely Laura is. And the photos, WOW! Where do I even begin? Laura captured every single moment of our wedding so beautifully & ever since we received our photos, I haven't been able to stop looking at them! (And I have been spamming them all over my Instagram for the world to see!)
I have always found that I'm quite uncomfortable and conscious in front of a camera but Laura LITERALLY made me feel so at ease and confident. She knew exactly what angles to capture the perfect shot from and managed to capture us and all of our guests at the most unexpected times, and every picture we have everyone looks so natural, beautiful and happy.
Laura listened to our requests and made sure she captured every image that we wanted, as well as capturing those lovely moments that we didn't even know were happening throughout the day. We wanted some formal shots with family but mixed in with some completely natural shots, this girl can do it all...can I just frame all of them?
If you want a photographer to laugh with you, calm you down, make you smile & capture the most phenomenal photos ever you need look no further, Laura is a dream to work with.

Can’t really explain how fab Laura was leading up to and on our wedding day.
She was so friendly and caring and made us feel so relaxed. The photos were tailored just to how we asked with a casual/‘non posey’ vibe!
Laura was super helpful in ensuring all our family and friends photos happened without stress or fuss. She captured all the smiles, tears and emotions and can’t thank her enough.

Where do we start? Laura was just absolutely incredible on our special day. She wasn’t just a photographer, she helped make sure the day ran so smoothly, alongside being a friend to help us throughout.
