Ruby Rands is a super stylish, elegantly modern, wedding and event planning company based in Devon, working with couples and customers throughout Devon, Cornwall and Somerset, as well as further afield when required.

Hannah the Creative Director has over 20 years weddings and events industry experience, so you can rest assured you will be in safe hand!

If you are looking for a genuinely lovely wedding planning experience, one that will put you at ease straight away, so that you can fully enjoy every part of your wedding. From the initial ideas stages through to the big day itself, then you have found the perfect company!

We are here to help you with individual elements such as venue styling ideas or beautiful marquee and bar hire, through to complete wedding management or on-the-day coordination!

The best decision we made for our wedding - perfect wedding planning service!

My goodness, where to begin? If you want to take the stress out of planning a wedding with someone who is unbelievably efficient and lovely. We cannot thank Hannah and her team enough for all they did to make our wedding so perfect. Hands down the best day of our lives and they were a huge part of that.

Seamlessly coordinating everything behind the scenes with total grace, turning the venue into the most insanely beautiful setting, Hannah’s patience with us in the planning stages, being so lovely with all our guests (my mum is your new number one fan), running out to get loo roll when we ran out and just taking all the stress out of what would have been an incredibly stressful process. We are beyond grateful for you and your team. We’ll be recommending you to anyone who will listen!

Perfect day

Hannah had her work cut out as we had to do everything over the phone or Skype but she did it. We had a perfect day and hannah managed to capture everything I wanted. I would use her again fo my next wedding. 😂

A Perfect Wedding Service!

When we started planning our wedding we had no idea just how much there was to consider and the time it would take to organise. That's when we started looking for help from a wedding planner. Hannah was great to work with. Relaxed, efficient, calm, fun and extremely professional! From the very start she listened to our needs and wants and executed them beautifully. The most beautiful day, impeccably organised by Hannah from start to finish. We felt relaxed and reassured through the whole process and completely trusted Hannah's professional recommendations and suggestions with everything from venue dressing through to the caterers and entertainment!
