There is not enough words to describe how fantastic Laura was throughout our wedding planning process!
From the first chat right up until after our wedding, Laura was on hand for anything we needed and more. Always thinking out of the box, listening to what we were looking for and really getting to know us to be able to really understand our vision of what we wanted our special day to be.

Half way though our planning we were feeling rather overwhelmed and after chatting with Laura and getting her on board we instantly felt at ease and began to enjoy the process rather than worry about everything!

With regular meetings and contact throughoutwe were always kept 100% in the loop with updates and had a clear and informative action logs to work by which made things super easy to ensure we were on track, but with no added pressure or stress.

Not only was Laura professional and focused, she's so relatable and kind and always made it feel like you were talking to a friend.

Laura went above and beyond more than we ever could of imagined with the days leading up to, and also on the day and after, making sure everything was set up to perfection, and boy it was!!

On the morning of our day Laura was there as support for both of us, and made sure the whole day ran like clockwork and really did create the most perfect atmosphere where we didn't feel a single bit of stress or pressure, just pure enjoyment and magic!

We really can't recommend Laura enough as a wedding planner, she is the kindest and most professional person we could of possibly of dreamt of and we will always remember the journey with the fondest memories.

Laura was the best best best thing we booked for our wedding day! Having a marquee wedding at home was perfect, but what we were missing was someone to run the day so I (the bride!) didn’t have to worry about anything. Laura did exactly that and more, she was exceptional. I didn’t worry about a single thing on the day as she was completely in control of everything and was so professional. Laura was absolutely wonderful to work with on our wedding at Huntsham Court a few weeks ago. From the outset she was really friendly, helpful and professional. She made great suggestions for what would work at the venue and took the time to answer all our questions and run through what we might need or should consider.

Over our wedding weekend she was fantastic! Everything ran like clockwork and she worked effortlessly behind the scenes to make sure all suppliers and staff were coordinated. We had a last minute change moving our ceremony from outdoors to indoors due to the weather, but she took my decorations and vision for the ceremony set up and turned into something better than I could have imagined, I was so surprised and delighted when I walked down the aisle and saw what the room looked like! Similarly with our table plans, she made the room look great and has a very keen eye for style and design. She even sent a folder of pictures and videos she’d snapped on the day without us realising and it was so nice to see some details we’d missed!

Would definitely recommend Laura as a wedding planner to anyone, she is the definition of cool, calm and collected!

We feel so lucky to have found Laura to be our on the day co-ordinator. Not only did she make sure the day ran seamlessly (despite the weather doing its best to throw a spanner in the works!) but she was a pleasure to work with. From taking over comms with contractors a month out, to finalizing details with the venue. Laura made sure everything was ready to go, even the little details that we had forgotten. She is so organized and professional, I felt I was truly able to relax on the morning knowing our day was in safe hands. She even went above and beyond helping with all the set up the day before and capturing loads of behind the scenes details for us. Laura took the time to get to know not just the venue but us as a couple and what was most important to us for the day.

We got married at Huntsham Court and asked Laura to be our wedding coordinator. It was the most incredible weekend, in one of the most stunning venues. Our guests, like us, were blown away by the grand building and the surrounding views.

Laura sat with us quite a few times in the lead up to the wedding, helping us understand how everything worked at the venue, what things we needed to consider and over time we developed a full schedule, broken down into 15 minute intervals for the staff to follow throughout the wedding.

What could have been quite an intimidating document to pull together became easy with Laura's help, and we were so glad to have done it - the whole day went seamlessly with not a single hiccup (as far as us and our guests know!)... it was such a relief to enjoy our day and not have to manage anything.

We both are so appreciative of all the help Laura gave us and highly recommend her to everyone!

We initially booked Laura for our self-catered wedding weekend at Huntsham Court after discovering the huge amount of admin that would be required (our review of Huntsham is available on their page). We were also feeling in need of more local support as we were planning our UK wedding from overseas and could not meet most vendors in person until only a few months before the wedding. From our first meeting, we felt that we were in good hands because Laura was incredibly organized with bullet-pointed minutes of our discussion and clear next steps that would be undertaken by her and by us. We were also reassured that as in-house planner she was very familiar with the specifics of our chosen venue. Since then, she has kept us (mostly!) on track with planning via regular virtual and subsequently face-to-face meetings. She was very understanding of several last-minute changes in meeting times due to my unpredictable work schedule. Her vendor recommendations were very helpful and indeed we went with her recommended florist and DJ, both of which were excellent on the day.
Laura was the calm in the chaotic maelstrom of the night before and the morning of our wedding. She managed our overrunning schedule with aplomb, ensuring that everything still happened in a sensible sequence even if not necessarily in the originally planned order. She managed unruly guests tactfully and smoothed the situation without us knowing it had been a situation until later informed by the mother of the groom. We received so many compliments on how well-run the day was and it was all down to Laura!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Laura as our wedding planner and coordinator at Huntsham Court, and I must say, she was absolutely fantastic. Laura ensured that we had the most fabulous day, making everything run so smoothly and effortlessly. It was a stress-free event, and more perfect than I could have ever imagined.

Laura was an absolutely incredible coordinator. I initially booked her to help me not stress on the few days leading up to the wedding. However Laura went above and beyond what I could have ever asked of her.
She was so prepared at our venue meeting, asking millions of questions which was initially overwhelming but she covered every single detail of our wedding. She didn't put pressure on us to know all the answers, and helped us think about things that I would never have thought of or considered.
Laura kept us in the loop of any details leading up to the wedding and was always at the other end of an email to answer all of my questions, and kept me from worrying about things that were not in my control.
On the big day nothing was too much from trying to hide alpacas from our guests during the ceremony, to moving tables after the wedding breakfast. If I mentioned something that was on my mind, she either found someone to sort it, or sorted it herself and I genuinely believe nothing went wrong on the day because we had Laura there.

I cannot recommend Laura Dalton/Kept Weddings enough! From our very first meeting, it was clear that we were in expert hands. Laura took the time to understand our vision and every detail was handled with such care and creativity. It is clear she is passionate about creating beautiful weddings.

Throughout the planning process, Laura was incredibly responsive. She kept us updated on every detail and was always available to answer questions or address concerns. Planning a wedding abroad can be extremely stressful but Laura made the process seamless.

The creativity Laura brought to our wedding was truly remarkable. From the floral arrangements to the overall design, everything was beautifully coordinated and exceeded our expectations. Laura had many amazing ideas that truly enhanced/fulfilled our vision of “bringing the outside in”. The moss tablescape was breathtaking and the wood log cake towers were an extra-special touch.

Along the way, Laura provided proposals with multiple vendor options which included a breakdown of cost, what would be provided and examples of previous work. Not only did she help with planning the wedding day, Laura also helped coordinate transportation for us and our guest from the airport to the venue, planned the rehearsal dinner and activities for us and our guest during our stay.
On the wedding day, Laura was an absolute lifesaver. She managed everything flawlessly, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment. We received countless compliments from our guests about how smoothly everything went.

I contemplated for a long time whether I should hire a wedding coordinator or not. I took my time and looked into different ones. Laura was recommended to me by a lot of people when I asked out.

I spoke to Laura on the phone and discussed what I was looking for. She was super friendly and listened to me very well. I decided she was the perfect fit for me and my partner for our big day.

We finally met her at our venue a month before our wedding. She made me feel at ease as soon as we met. I trusted her with absolutely everything. In fact, I was relieved that I made the decision to hire Laura as I was way in over my head.

I honestly can’t recommend Laura enough, she is absolutely incredible at her job. She knew how much of a control freak I was so made sure she included me in everything, so I knew what was going on. I almost miss her daily emails 😂

The day before my big day she came to the venue and helped us set up, she was there during the rehearsal and even stayed there when we left to make sure all the vendors knew what was going on. On the day, she came to visit me to check in we were all ok! She was there from start to finish and I’m super grateful she was! I could just relax knowing she was there and everyone felt comfortable asking her questions. I felt comfortable saying ‘ I have no clue, ask Laura’ 😂 Laura also stayed till after the party was over and packed most of our stuff back in the boxes, which when I woke up the next day ‘fragile’ I was so grateful for!

Laura please know I am so extremely grateful for everything you did for Callum and I. You took every ounce of stress and completely bossed it. Because of you I got to do the fun bits 🥰 If you are thinking about hiring Laura for you big day, DO IT.

Laura was passionate and driven on making our wedding day everything we dreamed it would be, nothing was ever too much for her. We so desperately wanted to get married outside under the Dove Cote and despite the weather, Laura made this happen, she even ran next to me with an umbrella as I was about to walk down the aisle!

Throughout the entire planning process, Laura was calming and had a reassuring presence, which gave us so much confidence. If you’re not sure whether you need a wedding planner, please just do yourself a massive favour and get Laura on the case. We booked Laura as an “on the day co-ordinator” but this doesn’t nearly cover what she did for us in the lead up to our day.

If I’m honest, I thought we were relatively organised ourselves initially, but there were so many things that that Laura dealt with in the lead up, which we hadn’t even thought about. This meant that by the time the day came, we could just relax, enjoy ourselves and not have to worry about anything.

Laura is such a warm, friendly person and just a pleasure to work with from start to finish. If you want a relaxed day where you can just take everything in without any stress- we could not recommend Laura and her team more!

Laura was amazing with helping us plan our wedding! She has so much knowledge and no question is too small or silly. She was able to provide us with tips and supplier questions that we would never have thought to ask which helped us massively! We ended up using serveral suppliers she recommended and they were incredible.
