From the moment my husband and I first visited Crockwell Farm, we just knew it was the one. There was something about the place that made it so easy to picture our wedding there. And honestly, we couldn’t have made a better choice.

The team at Crockwell were incredible. So friendly, patient, and genuinely supportive throughout the whole process. No question ever felt too small, and they were always quick to respond to emails, which really helped put us at ease during the planning.

Food is a big deal for us, and we were blown away by what was served on the day. Crockwell work exclusively with Ross & Ross catering, and they absolutely nailed it. The quality, the service – everything was spot on. So many of our guests told us it was the best wedding food they’d ever had!

We wanted a venue that felt relaxed and rustic, with plenty of space and on-site accommodation – and Crockwell gave us all that and more. One of the things we loved most was having the whole weekend. We arrived Friday afternoon, got married Saturday, and left Sunday. It meant we could really settle in, enjoy the build-up, and not feel rushed.

Having our close family stay on-site made everything so much easier. The gardens were a big hit with the little ones – and the grown-ups too! – with plenty of space to play and enjoy the sunshine. The garden games (provided by an external supplier) were especially popular, and having everyone arrive on Friday just added to the lovely, laid-back vibe.

Crockwell also handled all the communication with our suppliers seamlessly. We used several of their recommended suppliers and completely understand why they’re on that list – they were all fantastic.

On the day itself, our coordinator Katie was an absolute star. She kept everything running smoothly behind the scenes, which meant we could just relax and enjoy every moment without any stress or responsibility.

The accommodation was beautiful – comfy, cosy, and thoughtfully done. Our family especially loved staying in the newly renovated Farmhouse, which gave everyone space to unwind together.

Crockwell was everything we hoped for – and more. It suited us, our friends, and our families perfectly, and helped us create a weekend full of amazing memories. We’ll be forever grateful.

We had the most amazing experience at Crockwell Farm. The staff were absolutely incredible and made the whole planning process completely stress-free. The venue itself is breathtakingly beautiful, spotlessly clean, and the grounds are kept to perfection.

The bar staff looked after us both the night before and on the day, always serving with happy, friendly smiles, nothing was ever too much trouble. The accommodation was also perfect, providing everything we needed for a truly memorable stay.

We couldn’t have wished for anything more from a wedding venue. It was everything we dreamed of and more. I would recommend over and over again to anyone.

Crockwell Farm is the only venue that we visited when planning our wedding. We knew from the first visit that it was the place for us to get married. Not only is the venue beautiful and well laid out, the team really do know what they’re doing to make everything run smoothly. This allowed us to enjoy the process leading up to the day and fully enjoy our wedding day itself as they just filled us with confidence that everything was under control.
A big pro for us was being able to arrive the day before to set everything up and spend the night before with family and friends. All of our guests that stayed over were very well cared for.
We were able to have a beautiful outdoor ceremony at the Orchard Pavilion (It was also a huge benefit to know that there was an indoor barn option as back up in case of bad weather) The marquee where we had our wedding breakfast is such a great space. All of our guests loved the venue.
The caterers that Crockwell use (Ross & Ross) were brilliant too. The teams work so well together to make sure that everything happens seamlessly and the food was amazing.
Crockwell also provided us with a co-ordinator for the wedding day who we met the day before. This was such a bonus as Katie really helped us all to be in the right places at the right time and ensured our day ran smoothly.
The team at Crockwell really made every effort to make sure it was the best day of our lives. We honestly could not have chosen a better venue and we had the most amazing wedding day.

The most magical place!

From the moment we arrived at Crockwell Farm to visit the venue we knew that this was the place we wanted to hold our special day. We booked our wedding day three years in advance and from day one of the process, we were well looked after and the communication from Crockwell was fantastic. They were always happy to answer any question no matter how small it was.

Having the venue from Friday-Sunday meant that we were able to set up the day before allowing us to have a stress free wedding morning to enjoy getting ready with our family and friends. We absolutely loved the set up of Crockwell Farm, from the stunning gardens, scenery, ceremony room, barn marque, getting ready room and dance floor. There was absolutely no need for anything to be cleared away and set back up ready for the evening reception. This made our whole day run super smoothly and we had so many compliments from family and friends!

We had Sarah as our wedding coordinator and she went above and beyond to make our special day happen and run as smoothly as possible. We can't thank you enough for everything you did to help us from the moment we arrived until we left on Sunday.

I can't recommend Crockwell Farm enough, thank you for giving us the most perfect day! I wish we could do it all again!

Myself and my husband got married at Crockwell Farm at the beginning of September this year and couldn't have asked for a more dreamlike, perfect day. The staff at Crockwell Farm really do go above and beyond to attend to any needs or questions and have been very accommodating, particularly the numerous times I have been in touch with the staff to arrange visiting the venue with different people in the 18 months prior to our wedding.
We had so many compliments from family and friends on the wedding day, admiring the beauty of the venue, the location, the friendliness and approachability of the staff, the food by Ross and Ross, the bar staff, our amazing wedding coordinator Jo (special shout out to her) and compliments on much, much more. We can only thank all the team and staff at Crockwell Farm for making our wedding day a dream come true!!!!!!

From start to finish Crockwell has been incredible! We had the most wonderful wedding day. Crockwell itself is an absolutely stunning venue but it is the staff that make the venue what it is. Nothing was too much trouble throughout the whole process. Ross and ross were sensational, they are very talented and we had so many compliments even weeks after the wedding about the food. Joanne was the wedding coordinator for our wedding and she was amazing! We didn't have to worry about anything on the day as she had everything covered. She is so kind and was a big part of our day.
Crockwell will always have a special part in our hearts!

From start too finish all the guys was there too attended our needs and help us through the 2 year build up too our wedding. Not 1 guest we had on the day had a negative word too say about the venue or staff.

Absolutely wonderful from start to finish. From the first tour around the venue to the day after our Wedding we were looked after with such professionalism. All the staff are warm, accommodating, experts in their field. Can't recommend them enough. Emma made us feel that no question was silly, Will was so friendly, even took to the time to come and find me on the day which relaxed me no end. Katie was fabulous, never in your face but totally in control of making the day magical. Thank you so much for truly making our day Wonderful.

My new husband and I got married at Crockwell Farm in August and we could not have wished for a more perfect wedding day. It all started on the day before our wedding as Crockwell allow you to have exclusive access to the venue from 2pm the day before so that you can meet your wedding co-ordinator, run through the plan for the wedding day and set up your tables and anything else that you need to before the day itself. Our wedding co-ordinators were Sarah and Holly and they were absolutely amazing. They were both so friendly and helpful and helped both myself and my husband to feel relaxed and prepared-so much so that my family couldn’t believe how relaxed I was on the actual day but this honestly was because of Sarah and Holly’s help the day before and the morning of the wedding. We were lucky enough to have beautiful weather and get married outside in the Orchard Pavillion with a live singer and guitarist playing. The Orchard Pavillion is absolutely stunning and so many of our guests have used the word ‘magical’ to describe our ceremony due to the beautiful orchard location. The bar team were also friendly and efficient and helped everything run smoothly too. Suzanne also was lovely and cooked the most delicious breakfasts the day of and the morning after our wedding. Crockwell has such a relaxed but organised, family feel and our family staying at the venue with us for the two nights said that they had felt like they were on holiday. The rooms are very well equipped and comfortable. We knew as soon as we went to view Crockwell in April 2021 that it was absolutely the right venue for us and we can not describe how delighted we are that we chose to get married at Crockwell. We have the most amazing memories of our wedding day there which we will never forget. We can’t wait to come back in April as wedding guests at our friends’ wedding. Thank you Team Crockwell-you are all fabulous!

We had our wedding at Crockwell Farm in May 2023 and we cannot speak highly enough about the place. The grounds and barns are of course fantastic, as were all of the recommended suppliers that we ended up using. It is however the people at Crockwell that made is extra special; the fact that is run by the family, gave it that personal touch from when we first booked that just was not there with other venues we had considered. Throughout the planning process, and on the weekend itself, the team could not do enough for us, whether that be our coordinator, the bar staff, or the owners. The fact that you are not booked in back-to-back with someone else means you can really relax and enjoy the weekend, and they were ACTUALLY dog friendly, compared to other venues who had said they were, but what that actually meant was that your dog could attend the ceremony and would then need to leave. It was the best day of our lives bar none, and that is in no small part to Crockwell Farm

This venue is stunning!

The whole team at Crockwell were amazing from our first visit to the after care we’ve received. For the whole wedding weekend we were made to feel so welcome and cared for. The day was ran fantastically and I didn’t have to think of a thing from the moment I arrived which was a huge relief after all the planning! Highly skilled at what they do and managed to create the relaxed vibe that we wanted despite there being so much attention to detail in the wedding.

I cannot begin to express how amazing our wedding day was on 29th November 2021! After nearly 18 months of delays and two postponements we finally tied the knot and the day did not disappoint. Crockwell Farm is just incredible, the countryside setting is stunning, the venue itself is just beautiful and we had nothing but compliments from all of our guests. The main benefit of getting married at Crockwell Farm is having the venue from 2pm the day before your wedding until 12pm the day after, meaning you can do all your decorating and setting up the day before making your wedding morning so much less stressful. All of the staff at Crockwell are so helpful and knowledgeable and they are always on hand to answer any queries. Our wedding coordinator Mel was also brilliant and having her there made me feel so at ease for the whole experience. We feel so incredibly privileged to have gotten married at such an amazing venue and we have so many wonderful memories from our amazing wedding day. Thank you so much :)

We finally got the tie the knot a few weeks ago after over a year of postponements due to covid, and the day did not disappoint!
Crockwell went above and beyond and thanks to them our wedding was so much more than I ever thought it could be!!
The venue really just sells itself thanks to the beautiful renovations they have recently finished! But what you can’t see in the beauty of the pictures are how friendly and efficient their whole team are! From Mel (our wedding planner) who kept our day flowing right! She kept us organised and with her kind, bright smile kept me calm even when I didn’t feel very calm!
The bar staff were the most friendly bunch, and although they must have a terribly hard job at times nothing was ever to much for them!
Every single person I met were so warm and friendly it made the whole experience so much more memorable and enjoyable! So crockwell if you see this I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart! You’ve made the happiest of brides!
