Amazing Team, Venue and Vendors!
At Huntsmill you are not just another bride and groom, you are Daniel and Sally. After 6-9 months of meeting with huntsmill they remembered our names, jobs and what we wanted…. It felt like they listened to you, to me that showed they cared about you as people, and not just a payday, that is exactly what we wanted from a venue.
Huntsmill Farm was the first and only venue we looked at, it had everything we wanted and the warm welcome we received added to our decision. Not only that, our furbaby was able to attend and play an extremely important part in our day, which was a huge part in what we were looking for in a venue!
They are amazing at what they do and are extremely knowledgeable in their fields! The grounds are stunning and well kept, every one of our guests commented about how beautiful the venue was.
They are the most honest, friendly, accommodating and extremely friendly and helpful team, nothing is too much trouble for them. They care about helping you make your day as special as possible for you both. They have an amazing supplier list to help you if you need recommendations - they’re all amazing!
We cannot praise Emily and all the Team at Huntsmill Farm enough. From experience, I can promise you, if you pick Huntsmill Farm as your venue, you will not be disappointed and you will have the most amazing and magical day!
The best wedding venue
One of the biggest highlights is the flexibility — you get access to the barn the day before the wedding to set up, the full wedding day itself, and until 11am the following day to pack up. The staff prepare everything for you to collect, which makes the whole experience completely stress-free.
The accommodation is stunning. Three cottages are included the night before the wedding, and all seven are included on the wedding night, which was perfect for our family and friends and really added to the overall experience.
From the moment we booked, we were assigned our own wedding coordinator. Ours was Saskia, and she was amazing — always friendly, incredibly organised, happy to answer any questions, and regularly checked in with us throughout the planning process. We also loved being invited to the venue’s open days, which were so helpful and reassuring.
The in-house caterers are outstanding. Portfolio Events’ food on the day was genuinely the best wedding food we’ve ever had — something so many of our guests commented on. Donna and the team were fantastic from the moment we booked, had our food tasting in January and on the day itself.
Huntsmill Farm truly goes above and beyond. It’s a stunning venue with exceptional staff, amazing food, and fantastic value for money. We couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

The venue is utterly beautiful! With attention to detail to make the venue perfect for pictures, it was exactly what we wanted.
The communication and answering every question we had was great!
Amelia was our co-ordinator and she was amazing from the minute we arrived to set up to the end! They are extremely experienced and there was nothing we had on our mind that they hadn’t already considered. The day was effortless not only for us but all our guests and main members. We wanted everybody to be free to enjoy themself and the teams organisation made that so.
The service was amazing. We put money behind the bar for evening guests but forgot to give out the tokens. When we realised this we asked evening guests if they had paid for a drink to find out that bar staff were enquiring as to who was an evening guest and sorting out the drinks tab themselves. We had pizzas in our room (we didn’t have a chance to have our evening food during the night) so finding that it had been placed in our cottage just demonstrated the attention to detail and thoughtfulness of Huntsmill.
The wine, which we did not try beforehand, was utterly amazing and we were so happy with our choice.
The cottages were so homely and the communication with vendors on the morning of the wedding took all pressure off of us.
We are so glad that we chose to celebrate our special day at Huntsmill

Winter Wedding 2024
We had the most perfect day from start to finish and Emily was wonderful throughout.
We arrived the day before the wedding to set up and the tables, chairs etc had already been laid out to what we had discussed beforehand which made it easier to do what we needed to do.
We had use of the cottages the evening before the wedding and the night of, which made it so much easier for us and less to worry about knowing that family were already there.
It was all so seamless with the wedding and the reception all in one place. Our family and friends were so impressed with the venue and fell in love with it like we both did.
The wedding barn and the cottages are stunning.
Everything was immaculately clean and to perfection.
We wish we could do it all over again and we wouldn't change a single thing.
We highly recommend Huntsmill Farm and thank you Emily for being so amazing with us.

Stunning Venue & Amazing Staff
Their chosen caterers, Portfolio Events, were fantastic. Everyone said it's the best wedding food they've ever had. I'd highley recommend the sharing platters.
Only reason for a slight mark down is that the owners live on site and they weren't particularly pleasant on the Friday before the wedding. There is also a significant noise limiter at the venue as a result, which meant the music didn't sound as great as it could have and impacted people dancing. It's a shame as everything else was perfect.

Special wedding venue
The team did a couple of open evenings in between booking our wedding and our actual wedding date which was really useful and just nice to go back to the venue, refresh our memory on what was there and meet suppliers. We actually did hire a supplier last minute from inspiration from the open evening that was a couple of months before our wedding.
We enjoyed getting ready in the cottages and our guests being able to check in in the morning of the wedding, this was a nice touch and helped made the getting ready part even more special.
On the wedding day Emily and Saskia were so helpful, organised and efficient. They just ensured everything ran smoothly and as we wanted.
The following day they had already packed and organised our wedding belongings which made it easy to load into our cars.
We loved the sign Huntsmill Farm made us and the venue will forever have a special place in our hearts.
