I have absolutely 0 words for what the Spectrum do. They played our wedding at Chester Cathedral and I cannot describe how quickly you should book this band.

You hunt and hunt for bands at weddings then you land on one that has a squeaky clean video, boring set lists and top end prices with no distinguishing factor from any other band ever. Music was a huge part of our wedding as it's a true passion and love of ours.

We also had 3 other musicians who were amazing but everyone's talking about The Spectrum, all ages, all tastes, all abilities. We had professional recording artists in the room as guests who even said they were some of the best they have ever seen.

However, James and the Spectrum came along after a bit of wedding exhaustion and made everything so special. Not only are they some of the best musicians in the country, with no arguments allowed, they bend over backwards to make a party, a PARTY. If you know you know.

They are super communicative, calm, professional and learn you as people to make the best set possible for you.

We threw everything at them, songs we wanted, songs we hated, songs they didn't even know as a band yet and they DELIVERED 1000-fold. New songs, new sets, full vibes. I honestly cannot put it into words, just book them. Like now.

On top of that, the best bit? We call James a friend now, he is the special type of character lacking in this world. Kind, outrageously talented, knowledgeable and caring, a true gentlemen. The best type of human out there!

They had world cup football to contend with, an evening pizza dash and heat exhausted guests, didn't phase them, didn't change them, made them party harder. Utterly ridiculous. People were even dancing whilst watching the football it was that good.

They let me (josh the groom) jump on drums and moved their set around for me, flexed timings and made sure we got value for money and much (x1m) more. It brought back some really special memories for me and landed a great surprise.

They brought the house (of god) down and I've never seen a party like it. They even joined us for some cake, roses we'd gifted them in their jackets, and the football after they'd finished the set and the DJ (JB on sound) played World in Motion for one of our guests.

So thank you James and all the boys, you are the best wedding band in the country, our mates, and the fact you do things differently deserves all the bookings and rewards it will get. Lets rock n roll ✌️.

Cant thank these guys enough, nothing but positive feedback from all the guests at our wedding, filled the dance floor all night. Even helped us with a suggestion for our first dance song which they performed and turned out to be great and we love it. HIGHLY reccommened and would use again 🙌🏻

We had The Spectrum perform at our wedding last week and they made it the best night ever! They were so much fun and got everyone up and dancing, and played a great mixture of songs to appeal to everyone. Communication with James was really easy, and we were able to suggest songs beforehand that we would like them to add to their set list. We requested a slightly altered version of our first dance song, as we wanted it to start acoustic and then transition into the normal song, and this was absolutely no problem for them and worked really well. All of our guests loved them and we have since had so many say to us how amazing they were. If you are looking for a band for your wedding, look no further than The Spectrum as they will make it an unforgettable night!

We booked Spectrum to play at our vow renewal ceremony to celebrate 20 years of marriage. They didn't dissapoint. In the run up to the event, the booking and communication put my mind at ease. The night ran like clockwork. The band brought the energy to the room, kept the drinks flowing, the guests on the dancefloor and the atmosphere was just perfect. Highly recommend.

We hired the spectrum for our wedding night coving Live sets and DJ. Couldn’t have asked for nicer people. The band were amazing, and it went down a treat with our guests, thank you.

We were looking for a band that would make our wedding unforgettable, and it certainly was. We looked at loads, and I mean a lot of bands but something about The Spectrum stood out. Plus we wanted a band that didn't make it about themselves, if that makes sense?!
They have this incredible ability to read the room and keep the energy exactly where it needs to be, no big gaps and seamlessly moving between styles and even decades of songs without losing any momentum!

They were great on the build up, James is super helpful and fast at responding.

Some of our guests and family members who don't usually dance were up and moving about, and they are still talking about it weeks later. It didn't feel like a typical wedding band, but more like a gig where I was wearing a wedding dress!

They made the night. If you want your wedding to be talked about for all the right reasons, you won't find a better band. X

Couldn’t have wished for a better band on our Wedding day! The dance floor was packed from start to finish. We have had so many comments since our Wedding on how brilliant the band were. Pre Wedding the band listened to song requests we had and played these in their set which made it more personal to us, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. We would love to do it all over again! We hired the Spectrum to play our wedding in September and they were absolutely fantastic. They’re all brilliant musicians and performers, and had the dancefloor rocking throughout their entire set, bringing so much fun and energy to the place.

They even went out of their way to learn our first dance song so that they could play it for us live, and it really made the moment feel even more special.

James was a pleasure to work with - friendly, professional, and accommodating, and when our wedding breakfast overran slightly he ensured that the band adapted with no dramas whatsoever, so that the evening still ran seamlessly.

These guys are superstars and we can’t thank them enough for the part they played in making our day so special. Highly recommended!

These guys were absolutely awesome! James is super helpful and very easy to get hold of, great professional service throughout. Our wedding in August was an absolute scorcher but they still had everyone partying on the dancefloor. The even humoured the Groom rocking out with them on the mic ! Fantastic variety of songs and styles . Book them and you will be absolutely delighted that you did.

These guys are great! Can’t recommend them enough.

They are well organised and consulted us on the types of music to play, packages and timings that work well. They even learnt our first dance song especially for us and it sounded great and better than we ever expected.

These guys got the crowd going and captured them all night long and even did a special song at the end of the night to really finish our special day off.
