We couldn't recommend Ben more - he recently photographed our wedding at a barn/farm venue in West Sussex and we truly couldn't be happier with the pictures! He somehow managed to capture all the joy, colour and love of the day, making sure to get all the important group shots without anything feeling forced, but also capturing small, magical spontaneous moments and beautiful shots of all our guests! I had no idea he was there for so many of those moments - he somehow managed skilfully to be a totally unobtrusive presence while capturing everything perfectly. His assistant Matt was also brilliant.
Ben was a lovely presence on the day and polite, communicative and friendly throughout the whole process, from start to finish. Would highly recommend him as your wedding photographer! -

Don’t even think twice — this is your photographer!
I truly can’t imagine a better choice for our wedding day. Ben's approach is incredibly unobtrusive — you barely even notice he’s there, yet he manages to capture all the little moments, emotions, and details so beautifully. For some of the photos, he quickly arranged people and the surroundings, I didn't have to think about any of that!
Our photos are absolutely magnificent. The wedding album tells the story of the day in Ben's own unique and beautiful style. He truly captured not only the atmosphere and excitement of the day, but also our essence as people.
We couldn’t be happier with the result. If you’re looking for someone who can capture your wedding authentically, naturally, and beautifully, look no further! -

Perfect moments captured on camera!
100% recommend Ben as a wedding photographer! From our first meeting, we felt comfortable knowing his documentary style photography aligned with what we wanted. His price packages are very competitive and the fact he offered a second photographer as standard was a bonus. Thank you Shelly, you were great!
On the day, both Ben and Shelly were discreet, working hard, and clearly capturing some perfect moments! The golden hour couples shoot did not feel uncomfortable, we were given a bit of on the spot guidance, but felt at ease and they got some beautiful pictures.
The photos arrived within the 3 week time frame and there were so many! We loved looking through them and reliving our wedding day. So many moments captured with all our guests and it truly told the story of the day!

Ben and his lovely assistant Rich recently photographed our wedding and I must say they did an amazing job! Ben and Rich were professional throughout the entire day and ensured to blend into the background and Ben ensured to deliver his candid and unfolding as the day progressed photography style. They blended seamlessly into the background during our ceremony and I didn’t notice them at all throughout the ceremony (I must admit, it could have been because I was staring at the floor or wall trying to block everyone out!) Ben was responsive with messages and answering any questions we had, he ensured to organise an initial call to talk through his work and then we had a final call a couple days before the wedding to finalise everything! Ben was flexible in the booking time of these calls and he ensured we could call late into the evening. I haven’t got my photos back yet but from what I peaked at, the final images look amazing! My husband and I aren’t fans of sit there and pose photos which made Ben’s photography style perfect for us, our portraits were taken so lowkey as we walked through a field decompressing on the day and really enjoying some time as a married couple! So thank you for our five minutes of peace! Overall, Ben and Rich did an amazing job with the photography and I can’t wait to get the final album back and probably cry (again) at all the photos! I couldn’t recommend Ben enough! He even entertained my wanting a photo of my crocs!

Ben was the photographer for our wedding in May 2026. Honestly, cannot fault his work. The pre-meetings were informative and helpful, the photography on the day was unobtrusive and we never felt pulled away from friends and family! He even brought a second photographer along to capture shots without having to move around too much.
And of course, the most important thing — the photos themselves are beautiful in the end. We’ve just had some printed and are totally delighted with how they’ve come out.
We couldn’t be happier and would recommend Benjamin Toms to anyone! -
