Wow, I don’t even know where to start!
We got married here in July 2026 and what a bloody day it was! The venue Is absolutely STUNNING. Everything about the day was so magical. We booked here for a last minute wedding and from start to finish Kylie was a super star. Nothing was ever too much and she made sure everything was just perfect on the day. The rest of the staff there also work so incredibly hard and were amazing. We had booked their food suppliers too and WOW! I have never had wedding food like it. Everyone raved about it. The most perfect day. Can’t fault one single thing about it. Thanks so much guys 🤍

Amy, our wedding co-ordinator was an absolute legend! She has a knack of popping up whenever you need direction, reassurance or guidance. She was professional, calm and totally delightful. With Amy at the helm, our day was totally relaxed, full of love and laughter. Amy was endlessly smiley. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was perfect.

Even before we got engaged, we always pictured our wedding day at Crown Lodge! It was the perfect location being hidden in the rolling hills of Wye, which for us was sentimental having taken our first couples photo together on the hills. Safe to say when we viewed the venue, it exceeded our expectations! We knew instantly in that moment it was the venue for us - intimate, but enough space for guests to spread out, beautiful location and views and so serene.

The team are Crown Lodge were fantastic from the beginning. Kylie in particular was always an email away and would respond quickly. They booked in regular meetings to ensure every detail about the day was covered and gave a helpful list of suppliers. This really was essential, particularly for our photographer, who came highly recommended by Kylie and knew the venue well and where the good photo spots were! The venue was also dog friendly, which was hugely important to us to have our 2yr old Golden Retriever join us on the day.

On the day, the team were super - Kylie was great at checking in with both the bride and groom throughout the day making sure we were okay and had enough drinks in our hands. She even got us girls a cheeky prosecco shot whilst we were waiting for the ceremony to start! Staff were great with interacting with my 7yr old niece too, which my sister was very grateful for. Crown Lodge were also great at speaking with suppliers in preparation to the day and on the day, ensuring things like games and the cake were dropped off seamlessly without the couple having to deal with anything but getting ready.

Unfortunately we managed to pick the one rainy day in June for our wedding so had to have the ceremony inside. We always dreamed of the outdoor ceremony, but now we couldn't imagine it any other way. We wish we could get married again so we could relive it all.

We got married at Crown Lodge on 02/04/26, and we truly could not fault a single thing. From start to finish, it was the best day of our lives, and everything ran seamlessly. A huge, special thank you to Kylie, who was absolutely fantastic. From the very first day we met her, she was so warm and welcoming. She was always there whenever we had a question and made the entire process feel effortless. If you're looking for a venue that cares, we can't recommend Crown Lodge and Kylie enough. We truly felt we got excellent value for money given the high quality of service and the beautiful setting.

I cannot recommend Crown Lodge enough! When my husband and I first visited the venue we knew it was the one. Even though we first saw it in foggy rainy February and couldn’t see the gorgeous view!!

Wow — Crown Lodge is absolutely magical! From the moment we first visited, we knew it was the perfect place to say “I do.” The views are breath taking and had all of our guests in awe, and the lodge itself is so beautiful inside that it hardly needed any decoration. At the same time, it offers plenty of space to add personal touches, so it truly feels like your venue.

What made our day even more special was Kylie and her incredible team. Kylie followed our plan to the tiniest detail and went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly how we imagined. Throughout the day, she checked in with us to see if we were happy, reassured us that everything was running smoothly, and made sure we could just relax and enjoy ourselves. From the very beginning, she was so responsive, kind, and attentive to every little detail in the lead-up to the wedding, which made the planning process feel so much easier.

One of the things we loved most about Crown Lodge is how flexible it is. Unlike other venues we visited, there are no rigid rules about how your day “should” be. Instead, you’re given the freedom to create a wedding that reflects you as a couple — and that made it feel all the more special and unique.

We honestly cannot thank Kylie and the team enough for everything they did to make our dream wedding come true. Crown Lodge will always hold a special place in our hearts, and we couldn’t recommend it more highly to anyone searching for a truly unforgettable venue.

From the moment we visited Crown Lodge, we both fell in love with the warm atmosphere and incredible views (even despite the wet and windy weather in October when we first visited!). Kylie made us feel incredibly welcome, reassured throughout every stage, and went above and beyond to make our fire pit request possible. On the day, Kylie and the team made sure everything went incredibly smoothly and we had so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was from our guests. We couldn’t have wished for a better day, and we look forward to returning back to Crown Lodge for many life milestones in the years to come.

Crown Lodge is such a beautiful wedding venue, although we had to get married inside due to the weather, it was still a beautiful ceremony.
Kylie was amazing from the moment we booked 2 years ago until we picked up everything the morning after, she made everything easy, great communication and from the multiple visits to the lead up to the day she was attentive and helpful throughout.
Even now we still get comments on how beautiful the venue was and having access to the Wye Downs made some amazing pictures.
It’s a day we will never forget and are truly grateful for Kylie and the staff at Crown Lodge.

We had our wedding at Crown Lodge in Ashford in May 2025, and it was everything we had hoped for and more. From the moment we booked two years ago, the team were amazing – especially Kylie, our wedding coordinator. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive throughout the whole journey, answering every question and making the whole process feel smooth and stress-free.

The venue itself is absolutely beautiful. It was the perfect size for our smaller wedding – cosy and intimate inside, but never cramped. The views over the North Downs are just stunning and made for the most incredible photos. The whole setting felt so peaceful and special.

All of our guests commented on how gorgeous the venue was and how special it felt. It really was the perfect place for our day, and we’re so grateful to the Crown Lodge team for helping make it unforgettable.

We had the most perfect day! The venue is absolutely stunning with the whole wedding taking place in one location. We were over the moon to get married outside at the alter which gives a lovely woodland feel.

Kyle, Crown Lodge's go-to superwomen made the whole build up and day run perfect. We met Kyle a few times, I was able to take my bridal party to the venue several times, we messaged/emailed a lot when I had little questions or queries. The day of the wedding Kyle was available to sort anything if needed and making the day run smoothly in the background without you noticing. Kyle was a dream!

Crown Lodge is a beautiful venue alone but on top of that you have the stunning views from the garden!
