There are not enough hours in the day for me to rave about Dan! He is one of these rare gems that is not only incredibly talented at what he does but he is also the most wonderful of humans.

I knew how lucky we were to book Dan to be our wedding photographer from the very first moment I approached him on social media. Dan makes you feel more like a friend than a client and you can easily see this just by looking at his social media posts!! Dan genuinely cares and spends the time getting to know you and I have no doubt that this plays a huge part in him being able to capture such beautiful moments as well as everyone's unique personalities within his photos.

On the day, Dan was effortless to be around and has the most brilliant sense of humour so he was not only able to make everyone feel comfortable but also kept it incredibly fun! Our guests adored Dan...young and older alike!

I also don't think Dan sleeps or he must be superhuman...because he managed to get our sneak peak to us the day after the wedding and our actual photos to us less than 3 weeks after the wedding! And all I can say is WOW. Myself and my husband cannot stop looking at them and I have ugly cried happy tears so many times now haha!

It is not even necessary for me to recommend his work as his pictures speak for themselves!

So thank you Dan for playing such a huge part in our journey- before, during and after. Our wedding photos are simply stunning and we will treasure the special memories that you have captured so beautifully! We couldn't be happier with our photo's or our choice of photographer!

Dan has been fantastic! Right from booking to the photography. It was like he was one of the guests, he had them laughing, playing and produced amazing photos that tell the story of our wedding day for years. We had a sneak peak of our photos within days and had all photos just 16 days after! We highly recommend Dan, he knows what he doing and keeps his promises! We cannot thank you enough! Dan was photographer for our wedding on 10th August 2024.
He met with us twice before the wedding to ensure that he understood how the day was planned to go, but also to get a feel for the kind of photography we would like from him. He created a mood board with us using his previous work and on the day ensured that he had created the photos that we had specifically requested.
His communication with us prior to the event was great, but it was his communication style on the day that really shone for him. He engaged so well with all the guests, even managing to get my youngest daughter (9 year old) to comply almost willingly with photos, going along with some of her suggestions to encourage her to get involved. Dan really did become like another guest who happened to be taking amazing photos at the same time.
We have had our sneak peak so far and the photos are exactly what we wanted. They capture the day so well that they literally take us back to moments and the feelings that we had during those moments, which is exactly what anyone would want from their wedding day. We would 100% recommend Dan to anyone looking for a photographer with a good sense of humour and a great character who really listens to your asks and delivers!

After booking Dan he kept us in the loop and calm throughout the process! Zoom meetings were a breeze and on the day he kept us and our guests laughing with his antics which made for wonderful photos! Only seen the sneak peek but we are excited to see the rest

I can't recommend Dan enough! As soon as we had our first meeting with him, we knew we wanted him to capture our special wedding day. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, prepping and creating a mood board. And on the day, his energy and creativity worked so seamlessly with everyone. I was able to relax and not worry about ensuring we got everyone involved. He is truly such a professional and helped to guide us through the day - and some photo moments I didn't even think of! Everyone was asking where we found him as he was so amazing. Thank you so much Dan for helping us not to miss a single moment, to even sweating it out with us on the dance floor! 😅

What can we say, Dan delivered!! He took on board everything we wanted and he made sure it happened. The majority of the time, we didn't even know the photos were being taken!! He went above and beyond... and up and down ladders, to make sure we got some amazing shots. He also helped guests with their jackets, making sure we had our shoes, grabbing us our flowers and more. We loved candid shots too and he most definitely caught them. We wanted fun, whacky and relaxed and that is exactly what we got. Dan interacted with all of our guests and everyone felt super comfortable around him, even the shy ones! We can not thank Dan enough, super professional but lots of fun too!

I don't even know where to start! From the moment we contacted Dan about our wedding, he was professional, relaxed and approachable. We looked over Dan's website and knew immediately that he would be the guy for us! His photos are incredible and you can get a real feel for his sense of humour. On our first zoom call, our little man (3yrs) was with us and Dan instantly had him in fits of giggles and wanting to engage. Our wedding was very family orientated and we knew Dan would be amazing at getting the kids (and big kids) to smile and enjoy the photos. Nothing was too much trouble, and Dan came with a cart full of props for the day which really added some wow to the pictures. No fear as he climbed the wobbly ladder for the big family pictures, or as he was trampled by beer thirsty hooligans in the beer run! Not being fans of having photos taken, Dan guided us along the way, and has created such a beautiful album of photos. Dan slotted into the day as if he was a family friend, and we will certainly be using him again for some family photo shoots! Thank you so much Dan for capturing our day so perfectly.

From our first zoom call we chatted like old friends. Dan is so easy to talk to and discuss what you want, and don't want, out of the photos on your big day. During the day, apart from the one to one's I didn't notice his presence but he captured some amazing shots of my family and friends. Images that we will all treasure for years to come.
I was a little apprehensive going into a wedding day at 68, but Dan captured all my best sides.

Dan was the most amazing photographer, he was so professional but also such a laugh with the guests and really made us feel at ease. He was extremely accommodating and went that extra mile to make sure we got the shots we wanted on the day. We've only had a sneak preview so far but the shots we have seen look amazing. Would highly recommend Dan!

From the moment my wife and I first met Dan he made us feel completely at ease. Neither of us are keen photography subjects, and we were accordingly anxious when we first ventured on a family photoshoot, a gift courtesy of my brother, with our two boys in tow. It took a maximum of 5 minutes for Dan to have them giggling like mad, and start capturing some fantastic photographs.

Dan has an incredible ability to shift focus away from the laborious act of taking one photo after another, and effortlessly makes everyone feel comfortable with jokes, impressions, and good chat! Therefore it's probably no surprise that we immediately thought of Dan to be our wedding photographer after we got engaged. I think we almost booked him before we even chose our venue!

The entire process was straightforward and flexible, with various different packages to choose from. Dan takes time to discuss your photo preferences and get to know you, and also to know about your wedding plans. He uses all of this to create a bespoke mood board that he can refer back to throughout the day to ensure he captures the shots you really wanted. If all of that doesn't sell it, then to top things off he brings bottle of prosecco to spray during the group photographs. I felt like Lewis Hamilton in Monaco, even if it was only for 5 seconds...

I think the photos speak for themselves, so I've attached a few to this post. The wedding album is equally stunning, with an incredibly high quality finish, which completely befits the importance of the occasion. So many of our guests commented on both the standard of the photos and Dan's personality, which they were highly impressed by.

All in all, if you're looking for a photographer who is easy to work with, fun, dedicated, and most of all TALENTED, then you should look no further. I'm so glad that we chose Dan to be our wedding photographer.

Love our wedding photos and the way Dan captured all the little moments that are easily missed on the day and even gets the kids to smile! We had 10 rainbow coloured bridesmaids to fit into lots of photos - and Dan managed it effortlessly. What do you do when you need a high shot of all the wedding guests? You lean out the window with a megaphone of course ha! Just brilliant!
Dan also blends in well with the wedding guests - and he can bust a move!! He was just the most perfect match for our photographer, we knew from our first sit down with him at his house a year prior -that he was the one. We will forever be grateful that you shared our special day with us Dan, and have been recommending you to absolutely everyone . . . . we get commission yeah? haha.

We've found Dan fantastic to work with throughout the whole process - from the first Zoom meeting we had with him his warmth and sense of humour shone through and we were delighted to book him in for our wedding day.

On the day itself he was great to work with not only for us but also our guests, again thanks to the qualities I mentioned above - he even let one of our guests get behind the camera to take some pics of her own!

We received a preview of around 15 photos just 2 days after our wedding, and then just 8 days after our wedding we had all of them! We're really, really happy with the photos - and this is coming from two people who rarely enjoy looking at photos of ourselves. As well as our posed shots, he captured some wonderful, natural moments of our day of us and our guests enjoying ourselves, memories that we'll treasure forever.

From the get go, Dan immediately understood the vibe we liked and could understand the kind of photos we like and were hoping to get. Our wedding was slightly different to the norm, we just wanted to get some beautiful photos of us and our two children, but very natural and not posed. We had our photos taken at a local wood and it was 100% us. Dan was incredible with our children and made so much effort with them and we all felt so comfortable in his presence. The photographs he took are so beautiful, i cried when I saw them. They are are everything we had hoped and more. He captured so much more than just us that day, the love can be seen by anyone that sees our photos. If you’re looking for a wedding photographer then Dan is your man! (Get ready for the longest review haha)! From the initial meeting with Dan we knew he was the photographer for us; he was really laidback and bonus made us laugh and had a good sense of humour, which is definitely something we wanted in a photographer… One of the questions Dan put to us during this first meeting was; ‘what three words would you use to describe your wedding?’ … So here are three words to describe Dan; Professional, organised, funny! We had two meetings prior to the wedding with Dan - the initial and then the second was had two months before our wedding day, where we discussed the wedding itself in more detail, as well as the kinds of photos we would like throughout the day. Dan also asked a question which we both quite loved too: ‘Other than yourselves who is/are the most important person/people coming to your wedding’ which I thought was such a special question! When discussing the kind of photos we would like we said; a couple of the classic - ‘line up with the family photos’ but not too many of those - as we wanted more of the fun and quirky photos; the beautiful romantic photos and just loads of candid shots of the day as they’re always the best to see sometimes! And Dan did not disappoint - the photos he captured were so beautiful!!! I think I probably cried at most of them when we received them (Even cried at a picture of a beer drum - because I hadn’t had the chance to see it during the day) - it really was great to look at these gorgeous photos he took and to see some of the amazing moments from our wedding day that we maybe never got to witness, as well as also being reminded of the most beautiful day we both had!!! The day and the venue were just captured so wonderfully by Dan; I can’t express how much I just love looking at the photos he took (I can’t stop looking through them and reliving every moment)! When taking the photos he is honestly the most chilled out person (which I think you definitely want and need in a photographer) and he makes you feel 100% relaxed whilst being photographed! He made a note of the kinds of photos we discussed during our meeting so the fun quirky photos were not missed! We honestly had a blast having Dan as our wedding photographer and we are both so glad that we found him! I’ve said it once, but I will say it again; if you’re looking for someone to make your day come to life in the photos then HE IS your man! Again thank you sooooo so much Dan! I’m probably going to go look through our photos again for about the millionth time!!
