I can’t highly recommend The little wedding crèche service, they provide childcare at our international wedding, where we had over 15 children ranging from babies to young children, with the majority of them not having English as their main language due to them flying to our wedding. The team could not do enough for them, they provided different activities, ensure that the children as well as the parents were always kept informed and to be honest we didnt even know the children were there.

I just wanted to give you a MASSIVE thank you to you and your amazing team. Honestly, I really appreciate everything you all did as it helped everything run smoothly and above all the children were happy. I thought it would be a bit more difficult with our son but you managed to keep him so happy. So THANK YOU. It really allowed us to be carefree and child free🤣

All the parents were so grateful and loved that we were able to provide this for the wedding. They gave amazing compliments about you all and how this should be provided at every wedding! It was lovely to see some of the parents that often don't get one on one time without the children just enjoying each other.

Honestly can’t thank Kimberley and her team enough for their help at our recent wedding. They were absolutely great with the children. Adapted well to the small space we had to offer them for a play area. Well what can I say? If you have a wedding with children? This is a must have to have this beautiful loving caring company coming to look after your children. They were truly amazing at our wedding. The Wedding Creche were incredible. It was such a seamless, professional, attentive and caring service. They were miraculous in their responsiveness on the day. As the bride and groom, we wanted our one year old son to be with us for special moments like the wedding breakfast, photos and our first dance and he appeared at all those moments so swiftly whilst fitting in his naps. Like magic, really. We were able to enjoy our day, relinquish childcare duties and have him present all at the same time. Little Wedding Creche made all the parents at our wedding so happy. They created the perfect little set up in the corner of one of the rooms (including a TV!) and kept the little ones busy late into the night. They were even happy to look after a 4 month old. Soooo glad we put some of our budget aside for this. Worth every penny :)

They promised so much and really let us down. We spent so much time (calls, filling out their forms…) so they were as prepared as possible given we had 16 children mainly between the ages of 1-3 and they did not even read them or follow any of the plans on the day.

They were overwhelmed from the moment they arrived. The person we had been liaising with only told us the week of the wedding she will not be attending as she had a bigger wedding to go to in Morocco but her number two would come and that she had updated her on everything which was not the case at all. She also promised we could have a call with her but this never happened. To this day I do not think the amount of carers we paid for turned up. There were kids not being cared for. So many guests had to intervene to help out. Our child was seen on multiple occasions just walking off on her own unchaperoned.

My husband and I missed the post ceremony drinks, half of the wedding breakfast and I missed the best man speech as I was in our room trying to instruct the clueless carers on how to look after my child. I was being asked questions about my child's care that I had already gone through prior to the day for the exact reason that I did to want to miss most of my wedding. On top of this, the room my son was being looked after by the carers stank of cigarette smoke as if someone had just smoked in there. It was so depressing and upsetting to see my children so badly looked after.

I also missed a large chunk of the evening dancing as my toddler had been put in a travel cot underneath a rainfall shower with the controls in easy reach of her. I was called in to troubleshoot a situation that should never have happened on my wedding day!

This is just a snapshot of some of the things that happened on the day. Since the wedding, the other guests with children have told us other stories and multiple parents have said the company promises way more than they deliver. It is so embarrassing as prior to the wedding we had offered the service to our guests for free and it was so badly orchestrated on the day.

Post wedding, we wrote a long email giving feedback, detailing everything that was promised and how on the day the service fell so short. After multiple chasers, we had a 40 minute zoom call with the team and went through everything again and they apologised and took full responsibility for the issues on the day and confirmed they will be giving us a refund. After giving over our bank details again after multiple chasers we have not heard a word from them. We have called and emailed and they are now ignoring us. The communication was always terrible when liaising with this company prior to the wedding so we should not have been surprised.

Not only did this company take away the joy and happiness from our wedding day they also have put us through months of agony waiting for their responses. We deserve so much more. We spent so much of the wedding budget on childcare and it was the biggest mistake of the whole wedding. We really regret it. If they had just followed through with the refund after apologising, then we could have moved on and made peace with it but to ghost us is the worst part of it now. Shocking way to run a company.

The little Creche were absolutely Professional, attentive, kind and extremely helpful from start to finish!! - we had 10 children under 3 at our wedding and 7 of those were part of the wedding party. All of the nanny’s helped through out to make sure we got help with the photos and to make sure the children walking down the aisle with me where as calm and as relaxed as they could be…

The entertainment they provided for the children in the nursery and on the dance floor (the ride along cars where a massive hit) was also second to none!!

They really were outstanding with everything they did and I couldn’t thank them enough for the services they provided on our special day!!….

We had 16 children attending our wedding and wanted their parents to be as relaxed as was possible. Kimberley and her team provided the most amazing service for our little VIPs. All age groups were catered for, and I think the best piece of feedback I could leave is that several of the children cried knowing the crèche was over! Kimberley was a joy to deal with and the crèche provided such a magical touch to our day. Both of us are senior clinicians working in paediatrics and children and young people are important to us. Kimberley and her team fully embrace this same ethos. It is was quite simply, magical!

I booked the Little Creche company, and it completely transformed my day. They took all the worry away from me, i wanted my wedding to involve my son and our family children as much as possible. But i still wanted to enjoy my day! Children normally misbehave when they are bored, and the little creche company make sure that doesn't happen. They cater to all the ages, all the needs we had. We didn't have much communication until nearer the wedding day but Kimberley had spoken and arranged everything with my venue for me. It a problem free booking and the whole process was perfect. I would recommend to anyone! All my guests with Children LOVED them. :)
