We honestly couldn't have wished for a better celebrant. From the very first meeting, you made us feel so comfortable with your warmth, patience, and genuine care and interest. You took the time to really listen to our story and guide us through everything with such kindness, reassurance, and a wonderful sense of humour that made the whole journey so enjoyable. On the actual day, you created a beautiful ceremony that seamlessly blended tenderness and humour. This meant a great deal to us and felt very true to ourselves. We've had so many comments from our guests about how special, unique, and memorable the ceremony was, and that's all thanks to you. We'll genuinely miss our chats with you now that the wedding is over, but we'll always be grateful for the love, energy, and care you brought to our day. We would wholeheartedly recommend you to anyone; they'll be in very safe hands. You'll always hold a special place in our hearts. Thank you.

We found Kate through the online directory of humanist celebrants. As a French-British couple, our ceremony had a bit of an added challenge, as we were keen to honour both languages and allow both our families to follow our ceremony in their native language. Kate really rose up to the challenge, and overall created a beautiful event that was highly praised by many of our guests as one of the best ceremonies they’d ever attended! The process for crafting the ceremony was very smooth and felt natural. We initially did not have a clear idea of what we wanted it to be like and what we wanted to include in it, but Kate was very good at guiding us at every step of the way and taking charge of the creative process when necessary, while at the same time making it feel unique and tailored to us. One thing we really liked working with Kate is how she tried to get to know us- and we enjoyed getting to know her! This more personal approach to crafting the ceremony paid off, as it really captured our personalities and the essence of our relationship. Kate clearly put a lot of work and thought into our ceremony, which really showed in the final result. She was always open to changes at any point. She worked very closely with us and we really enjoyed the experience. On the day, Kate’s ceremony was one of the absolute highlights of our wedding. It felt solemn, intelligent, and thoughtful, without the stiffness and pomp of religious ceremonies. It was perfectly delivered, and we enjoyed every minute of it. It shone by its authenticity and character, and there were quite a few genuine tear-jerking moments. The dual-language aspect also worked really well and was much appreciated by our guests. In sum, Kate is a brilliant celebrant and we would highly recommend her for your wedding ceremony!

Leni was simply incredible. We had an initial consultation over zoom with no obligation to book, but by the end of the meeting that we wanted her to deliver our ceremony. We then had two additional meetings for her to get to know us, and by the time our wedding day came around she was able to deliver the most perfectly tailored, thoughtful, funny and interactive ceremony for us. We wrote our own vows, with support from Leni, and she printed them out for us (matching our theme) along with both readings we wanted. We wanted to have a hand tying incorporated into the ceremony, with ribbons in our wedding colours. Leni had so many great ideas about how to do it, and in the end we had our mums lay the ribbons, to include them in the ceremony. Leni provided a certificate for us to sign along with our witnesses and a paw print space for our dog. I was approached by so many of our guests afterwards who told me it was the best ceremony they had ever been to, and we have to agree!
