It all starts with your story - how you met, when you knew you'd fallen in love, your journey so far and your hopes and dreams for the future you plan to build together. I will create a ceremony centred around what is unique about the two of you, like a golden thread that will weave its way through every aspect. Your guests wil be taken on a magical journey and the ceremony will be the best part of your day - not the boring part before the drinks!
I am Verity, owner of Life Ceremonies by Verity. I am a wedding celebrant from Halesowen working in the West Midlands, Staffordshire, Warwickshire, Worcstershire and Shropshire.
By choosing a celebrant-led ceremony, you open the door to something completely personal, memorable, and uniquely yours. Every element can be shaped around who you are and what matters most to you.

Meet the team
I followed my heart into becoming a celebrant after being deeply moved as a guest at a beautiful ceremony. That experience inspired me to offer the same sense of meaning and care to others through personalised celebrations.
I trained with the International College of Professional Celebrants, completing the course feeling inspired by the creative possibilities celebrancy offers. Unlike more traditional formats, celebrancy allows for truly bespoke ceremonies—shaped by your choice of music, location, timing, rituals and words.
I have always worked in caring and supportive roles, beginning as a Careers Adviser guiding young people and later as a Primary School Teacher. I take pride in my ability to build genuine relationships, stay open-minded, and foster authenticity and connection.
My most important role to date is being a Mum to my daughter, a role that has taught me patience, love and adaptability.
When I'm not working, I enjoy watching a good series, reading a book with an interesting plot twist, eating all the delicious food, cocktails with friends, dancing and holidays chasing the sun. I can also be found at the gym pretty regularly, but I would call this a habit rather than a hobby as I mostly hate it!
