Hello, I’m Katie Isles, an award winning, humanist wedding celebrant. I’m incredibly passionate about creating ceremonies that ‘feel like you.’ I was awarded the titles of West Midlands Wedding Celebrant of the Year and the national Newcomer of the Year across all categories in The Wedding Industry Awards 2026.

With a humanist ceremony, no two weddings are ever the same. It’s all about you – your love story, personality, and interests. Whether you want a heartfelt and traditional ceremony or something totally unique, I’ll make sure this is the most memorable and special part of your day.

I take the time to get to know you both and understand what is important to you. The result? A warm, meaningful ceremony that will make your guests laugh, cry, and talk about it for years to come. I will care as much about your ceremony as you do.

While I am based in Birmingham, I am happy to travel for couples who want to create a light-at-heart yet heartwarming ceremony with me and have worked on weddings in Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Staffordshire, Warwickshire, Herefordshire, Yorkshire and Somerset as well as across the West Midlands. I also spend part of my year in Cornwall so can officiate weddings there too.

Finally, as a Spanish and Italian speaker, I can look at ways to incorporate these languages into your ceremony to make it more inclusive for your family and friends. Even if I don't speak your guests' language fluently, I will always give them a warm welcome in it - so far this has included Polish, Indonesian and Dutch!
