Wedding Catering in Central & Glasgow

Food was 10/10 couldn't fault John and his team at our wedding at the start of the year, communication was very professional and neatly presented. All our guest was raving about how good the food was and how well the service was everyone was so kind friendly and helpful. I've recommended this company to my sister who has went and booked them for next year also, looking forward to getting to taste their food again :) Thanks again john and the team and all the best in years to come.

We hired Braveheart for our wedding on 10 August 2024. We had the Black Douglas BBQ buffet and around 160 people at our wedding meal. The food was amazing and plentiful, with many being able to go for seconds. Many of our guests commented that it was the best wedding food they’d had. Everyone also loved the whole spit roasted pig, especially the kids. While Steve might not be your typical wedding vendor, we found him to be very down to earth and genuine. He was responsive to any emails/texts we sent and very flexible and prepared logistically. We had some guests with very specific dietary requirements and Steve assured us these would all be catered for and this was the case. These guests said they were very impressed with the food they had available, as the selection for them at weddings is usually not that great. With so many guests it was of course not possible for everyone to get their food together and, as with any other buffet, people did have to queue so it’s probably good to have realistic expectations about this if you’re thinking of booking a buffet. However we found that many of our guests did not mind this and appreciated the chance to chat and mingle with others while queuing. Overall our experience with Braveheart was excellent. They were very affordable (£21pp including crockery) compared to many other buffet caterers we looked at and the quality and quantity of food was also excellent.

Regis catered our wedding at Blackshaw Barns in October. From the very first email, Regis were extremely professional and friendly. We had our tasting with them before securing our booking. We opted for a BBQ menu, followed by pies and teas and coffees. All at a very reasonable price. The planning and payment was handled with ease with a clear timeline of dates given to us when we signed our booking contract. On the wedding day itself, again Regis were so professional and everything ran very smoothly. The food was delicious (especially the potato salad!). Laid back, versatile, super accommodating, helpful.. not to mention the food was gorgeous! If you want a caterer that can go with the flow, work around what you want and need, and add something really special and unique to your day, then look no further. Inside Out catering were so communicative and responsive to our queries, they made it so easy to plan the catering for our reception. We had an estimate of guests and the amount of food provided meant that everyone has plenty to eat and keep them fuelled for the dance floor. We had soany compliments on the quality of the food and all the plates we saw were fully loaded! The team showed up to set up the hot hold trays, friendly and efficient they got in, sorted the room, had a wee chat and got out so that we could focus on continuing to set up the dance hall. They showed up with the bounty of food on time, set up the various trays of the food and cutlery for the guests to use. The food was delicious and if I could get the recipe for the macaroni cheese, I would eat it every day of my life, it was so tasty and moreish! The team were also super accommodating when our venue got a little antsy and the venue enegaded about the pre-agreed collection date. The Inside Out team pivoted to an earlier pick up time to keep our venue chill and us as the bridal couple calm and looked after! Thanks so much guys!
