All their dishes are prepared using natural flaming techniques — cooked over wood or charcoal for that unmistakable smoky depth. The Wild & Smoky team take as much pride in their customer service as they do in their food. Every guest’s dietary requirement is carefully considered, and everything they do comes with a personal touch — no corporate nonsense, just genuine hospitality.

Wild & Smoky create handcrafted, seasonal dishes influenced by cuisines from around the world — including Asian, British, Spanish, German, American, Indian, Sri Lankan and Mexican.
You can choose from a range of serving styles — from elegant canapés and lavish buffets to indulgent desserts and hearty evening food. No guest will ever leave hungry — the Wild & Smoky team are feeders at heart!
Every element is made with care — from the sides and homemade sauces to the house pickles that bring each dish to life. It’s all about flavour, texture, aroma and that wholesome, made-with-love feeling.
Their barbecues are legendary: Big Bertha, the mother of all barbecues; Buxom Brenda, her equally impressive sister; and Black Betty, the trusty backyarder. They also boast a custom-built spit for roasting whole organic sheep and an Argentine-style asado setup for barbecuing whole Cardney Steading venison.

Delicious food!
And the food was great - super tasty, promptly served by professional staff and lots of food many so our guests were able to go for seconds and thirds!

The pre-wedding stresses were made minimal and Ariane and Walter were just simply brilliant.
On the day - they were phenominal - honestly every guest commented on how it was amazing food and some of the best food they had ever had at a a wedding (or ever fo that matter)
