This team can create the Wedding Breakfast of your dreams. They proudly prepare meals using natural flaming techniques, either over wood or charcoal. They pride themselves not just on their amazing food but customer service is just as important. So are your guests dietary requirements. They very much believe in the personal touch, no corporate nonsense.
Services Offered
Wild & Smoky offers a variety of handcrafted, seasonal cuisine. These dishes may include but are not limited to Asian, British, Spanish, German, American, Indian, Sri Lankan and Mexican. If you're a fan of all types of cuisine, the team will happily provide a free public tasting. Where you and your partner can also notify these food experts of your dietary requirements, which will be adhered to for your wedding event. After, you may choose between several serving styles, from a wonderful selection of canapes to a large buffet, delicious desserts and not forgetting tasty evening food. Your guests will not be left hungry. The Wild & Smoky team are feeders! The sides, in-house made sauces and pickles are just as important as the mains. It's all about flavour, texture, smell and everything wholesome. They have three barbecues, Big Bertha is the mother of all barbecues and Buxom Brenda is just as amazing, the other one is their back yarder 'Black Betty'. They also have a purpose build spit that can roast whole organic sheep. An asado for barbecuing whole 'Cardney Steading' venison.
