We're EÒLACH, a women-led catering team based in the heart of the Scottish Highlands. We love creating memorable wedding and elopement experiences using the best sustainable, seasonal, and locally sourced Scottish ingredients we can find.
Whether you're planning an intimate elopement for just the two of you or a big celebration with all your loved ones, we're here to make your day delicious and stress-free.
We're Verity and Jenny, and we started EÒLACH because we're passionate about sharing Scotland's incredible seasonal flavours. Verity grew up foraging in these hills and knows exactly where to find the best local seafood and produce from our Highland neighbours. Every menu we create tells the story of this beautiful place we call home.
We're based in the Highlands, Moray, and Inverness, but we love an adventure – we'll happily travel anywhere in Scotland, from Glasgow to Edinburgh, down to Dumfries and Galloway, up to the Cairngorms, and even to London when couples want to bring a taste of Scotland south.
Some of our favourite weddings have been in the most unexpected places – remote castles, clifftop ceremonies, even a lighthouse or two. We thrive on making the impossible possible.
We accommodate all dietary requirements and work closely with each couple to create menus that reflect your personal tastes and vision.
