Served with bespoke sage and onion stuffing, sweet apple sauce, and presented in the softest locally baked rolls, every element is carefully selected to ensure exceptional flavour and quality. David (Davey) is an ex military chef with 25 years experience in cooking for all natures of quisine. From bulk catering for the masses, abroad in hot climates, to fine dining for the Royal Family and guests at Balmoral during the Queens summer holidays. Davey really does know what good looks like, and how great food should taste. You're in safe hands with him.
James brings you The Tasty Hog Company. A chef of 30+ years, he has experience in cooking for the masses, Royalty and VVIP's to intimate private dinner functions, then brasserie style food. He's also taught future generations of chefs as a college catering tutor. James promises to meet your standards and help you create the very best menu for your special day.
