His journey began at Scottish Gas Murrayfield before processing to Heart of Midlothian Football Club, where he developed his skills in a fast-paced, high-performance environment before returning to Murrayfield Stadium to become Executive Chef, delivering large-scale, high-quality dining experiences, before taking on the role of Regional Chef with Elior UK, overseeing multiple venues across the board 🇬🇧

With over 10 years of experience in hospitality, ranging from managing bars, restaurants and cafes overseas, to running suites for international rugby matches at Murrayfield, as well as owning her own business, Morgs brings heaps of knowledge and experience to help drive the business forward 🥂
