We are a family business established in 2005 based in West Berkshire. We pride ourselves on our customer care & quality of both our delicious food & efficient service. Specialising in catering for weddings, private & corporate events, our team will ensure that from the first phone call through to the end of the day of your special event, we are there every step to help you to plan, organise and deliver your perfect day.


All our fresh food produce is sourced from local quality suppliers whom we work closely with to ensure the highest standard of produce is used every time. Our team of fully trained & experienced chefs are passionate about creating food & dishes that are both delicious to eat & presented with style. All our staff are experienced & trained to a high standard with professionalism alongside a helpful can do attitude as our core values.


We offer menus to suit all budgets for three course meals, traditional roast menus, feasting menus & sharing platters, canapes, BBQ's, hog roasts, afternoon teas, cold family sharing menus & vegan menus. We have some great hot & cold evening food options including our cheese towers & doughnut wall and our very popular pizza oven

Exceptional food and service

Wow. Such an amazing supplier. Food is really important to us and we're so happy TH pulled it off. So attentive and responsive (we must have the longest email thread ever). Loads of different options. Our tasting was brilliant. They catered for kids, weird and wonderful allergies, vegans and my Gran really carefully and individually. They made sure we had our own canapé tray on the day (the mini tacos are amazing!). We went for scallops with pancetta and pea puree or butternut risotto for starters; duck/cabbage/fondant potatoes or a mushroom wellington for main, and banoffee pie or Baileys mousse for dessert. It was all incredibly delicious and just like the tasting food was. We also had mulled wine and hot chocolate before fireworks which was really special! It was really nice to be able to make special requests like that. So many guests commented about how it was the 'best wedding food ever' and also about how 'the guy with the clipboard' (sorry can't remember his name!) was super organised and pulled it off without a hitch. It can't be easy to roll out about 80 perfectly cooked scallops and duck dishes but they managed it. We also had a great cheese board and some pulled pork buns for the evening (which disappeared so fast!) They were also really helpful with the bar and no corkage so we could serve our own wine which was very helpful for our budget. Wouldn't hesitate to order with them again. Thanks so much team!

Delicious food, outstanding service

Total Hospitality not only offer a wide range of delicious menu options but what truly set them apart for us was the waiting staff that attended our wedding. They read every guest's situation and tailored their service to them, we received so many compliments about how thoughtful and accommodating they were on the day and it really helped make our wedding the best day!

Fantastic all round.

Thank you for the wonderful service & food you & your team provided for our daughter's wedding. We have attended many weddings & corporate events and the food you provided excelled. I'm an amateur cook, & have been on many cooking courses, & have been lucky to eat in many famous restaurants, our praise is considered & genuine. We know good service & food when we see & taste it. We can't begin to express how happy we were with the mass catering TH provided. Seamless, well organised service with helpful staff. On the day we went out of our way to express how we felt, however we wanted to put our praise in writing. The food was simply yummy, well presented & cooked & those who had vegetarian or vegan options loved it too. We would happily recommend Total Hospitality. Please pass our sincere thanks onto all your staff.

Caters for allergies

We spent a lot of time researching food for our wedding, due to the bride having celiac disease (not being able to eat Gluten).
Total hospitaility made this really easy. There was so many options to choose form. There was no fear of cross contamination.

The food was incredible, all the guests enjoyed the canapes, breakfast and evening food.

Ufton Court 2023

Total were fantastic from the get go! We had a wonderful tasting pre wedding and felt very looked after during the whole process of booking our wedding food. Total were great at last minute changes and made us feel very relaxed.

Our wedding day food was divine and all our guests commented on how delicious it all was!

We loved the service, and speed on the day! Jeremy was fantastic and no ask was too big. He made sure to come over to us the Bride and Groom so we did not miss out on canapes. This was very appreciated.

We 100% recommend Total and think they are fabulous!
