Mark and I attended a tasting evening and we were absolutely sold! The food tasted amazing and the range of choice was fantastic.

The real selling point of us was Chef François. I have a lot of intolerances that typically result in an eye roll at most restaurants we visit. François totally gets it and was so good. He made alterations to everything we ate so that I was able to enjoy and not miss out. He made the alterations gladly and made me feel very comfortable- including doing last minute checks before serving our food. All our guests loved our food choices as did our suppliers who we also ordered meals for.

We ordered:
Starter- grazing board
Main- Smoked drunken chicken, Peruvian beef, Pulled pork, Rainbow slaw, Creamy coleslaw, Salmon pasta and Roast potatoes
Dessert- Brownie Tower and Malva pudding
Teas and Coffees

Evening reception: Pizza buffet.

Everything tasted great!

Wow! We were absolutely blown away but the amazing food the flame bbq provided for our woodland wedding. Everything was so delicious, super hot and there was ample food for everyone. All our guests commented on how much they loved the food and the variety that was on offer. Plus the look of the team cooking on the open fire is hard to beat and the salmon was delicious! Veronika and the team were so attentive on the day, helping not only with their domain but also with our cake and the lighting of our fire pit for guests in the evening. Members of her team ensured that myself and my husband received canapés during the reception in between photos and also greeted us at the end of the aisle after the ceremony with a glass of bubbles, both of which we really appreciated.
