We absolutely loved having Florence the ice cream van at our wedding in Shropshire. It was the perfect transition after the wedding breakfast as our evening guests were arriving. A fun activity, a lovely treat, and a brilliant conversation starter all in one. Guests of all ages were smiling, chatting in the queue, and comparing flavours, which created such a relaxed, happy atmosphere.

The communication from Sally and Mark before the day was excellent. They helped us choose our flavours and were really thorough in discussing guests’ allergens. When we asked about gluten‑free options, they suggested offering tubs only so we could be confident there’d be no cross‑contamination, which was really reassuring and much appreciated by our guests with dietary requirements.

On the day, Mark was incredibly friendly and attentive. He made everyone feel comfortable, chatted with guests, and was patient with the indecisive ones! One of our favourite touches was being invited into the van ourselves. We even got to have a go at scooping and serving ice cream to our friends and family! The photo of us in Florence is now my laptop screensaver at work, because it captures one of the most special and joyful moments of our day.
