From the very start Nadia was fantastic to work with, listening to my thoughts and helping me to shape my ideas. We had so much fun with the tasters deciding what flavours to go for (lemon and elderflower, pistachio and honey). Nadia was a star working with our florist to design the cake to fit with our flower choices and to make the sugar paste flowers on the cake (no one believed they were not real flowers) so that they matched the varieties and colours in my bouquet. Even when we had a bit of a panic about the size of the hoop, Nadia worked tirelessly over weekends to ensure that I was happy with the result. I had so many compliments on the cake on the day and it was great to be able to offer my guests with allergies a free-from cupcake equivalent which were just as pretty as the cake. Even better is that the flowers have all survived the cake cutting so I can recreate a display to remember it! I now have the top tier in the freezer and am looking forward to reliving the experience for our first anniversary.

The Sugar and Sift Bakery cake cart was an absolute showstopper at our event. Not only was it beautifully styled, the cakes were delicious, had incredible flavors and fresh. Guests loved the interactive experience and it added such a unique, elegant touch to our celebration and created a memorable occasion. The service was friendly and professional and stress free from start to finish. I would highly recommend for any special occasion and I would definitely use them again.
