Who we are! Well, we specialize in creating elegant, contemporary wedding cakes with a modern twist on classic styles. Each design is beautifully crafted to reflect your unique day—whether you prefer a timeless all-white palette, soft pastels, or a bold splash of colour (or even a lot of colour!).
We work with both fondant-covered and buttercream-finished cakes, tailoring every detail to suit your style. Our signature touch? Exquisite, handcrafted sugar and wafer flowers—hence the name Sugar Blossom Cakes.
Above all it’s the connection we have with our lovely couples that helps create the perfect cake and desserts for every style.

Bank transfer, with a 30% deposit to secure a booking and the remaining balance due 4 weeks before the wedding

The best wedding cake we could wish for!
We couldn’t have asked for a better Wedding cake. Ann- Louise made the most perfect one we could dream of. She brought out vision to life including every single detail. Thank you so much Ann- Louise, we were so happy with it. The flavours tasted amazing too and the mini cupcakes and delicious macarons!

Absolutely brilliant cake
Anne-Louise did a fantastic job with our wedding cake. She was so responsive regarding our initial enquiries, held a tasting session and talked us through different options as we weren't too sure what we wanted.
Anne-Louise also provided delivery and set up at the venue in central London which was a huge weight off my mind. She did a fantastic job of setting up exactly as I imagined, including our dog cake topper! I think her prices are very reasonable and excellent value for money.
The final cake was absolutely amazing - three tiers with different flavours (all delicious!) and all our guests commented on how great the cake was. we barely had any left which is a rare sign at the end of a wedding!

Wedding cake September 2023
Anne-Louise made our dream wedding cake for our September 2023 wedding. We wanted something a bit different with a dusky blue three tier cake and Anne-Louise absolutely nailed the brief we gave her! It was absolutely delicious (our choices were chocolate caramel, lemon drizzle and white chocolate & raspberry). We got loads of compliments from our guests and we are still enjoying our wedding cake weeks later, thanks to keeping lots of freezer leftovers! Anne-Louise was incredibly professional to liaise with in the run up to the wedding and we really enjoyed working with her. Thank you again Anne-Louise!

Truly scrumptious in every way!
From our first conversation and subsequent visit and tasting we were sold. The menu of flavours available is just wonderful and everything we tried was so delicious that it was hard to decide. Anne-Louise asked for colour schemes and inspiration photos of cakes that we liked and from those we picked out features we liked and disliked and she created some beautiful concept sketches for us. The final cake just blew us away, it couldn’t of been more perfect and every person that has seen it has commented on how beautiful and original it was. I didn’t want to cut it but the cake was so tasty and we are still getting messages about the cake now. She also worked closely with our floral lady and between them created the most beautiful display that tied in perfectly with our whole wedding. nothing was too much trouble and truly creative as well as exceptionally tasty cake!

Simple, perfect and exactly what we wanted!
I couldn’t recommend Anne-Louise enough. She was so friendly from the moment we met and she understood exactly what we wanted. In fact, it’s even better that we had imagined. We wanted a really simple cake and left the flowers and foliage down to Anne-Louise to decide how much and where to put on the cake and it was perfect.
The flavours were amazing too and we still have plenty in the freezer, which we get out each weekend and it’s like reliving the day over again

Most beautiful wedding cake
Anne Louise created the most beautiful wedding cake and macaron tower for our special day. It was exactly what we wanted and fit in perfectly with our colour scheme and wedding style. We would definitely recommend Anne Louise to family and friends.
