Before starting Frosted Sky Cakes, I began my career as a Wedding and Events Coordinator at prestigious venues including Fortnum & Mason and The Roof Gardens in London. That experience gave me a real appreciation for just how much thought goes into planning a wedding, and today I have the privilege of creating one very special part of it.
