Most amazing wedding venue.
Up until the day our wedding coordinator, Jen, was amazing. She was so organised and really gave us a personal service. Nothing I ask was too much bother and Jen always answered any queries or questions I had really quickly. They are flexible (unlike a lot of venues we looked into) and will work with you to organise your perfect day. Both my husband and I felt like our wedding was important to Jen and she made sure that every detail was perfect and organised to perfection. It even got to the point where she knew me so well she could pre-empt my answers! On the day all the venue staff were amazingly supportive, with little touches throughout the day that made us feel both looked after and extra special. The food was gorgeous and all our guests are still commenting on how perfect both the venue and food was. A couple of guests also commented that they could see the staff knew us well and really went over and beyond. The service was out of this world and everyone there couldn’t do enough for us. If you’re looking for a venue that is stunning, makes you feel special and gives a personal service then this is the one. I really can’t recommend this venue enough and will really miss having an excuse to just pop up!

Wedding on 18th June 2011
Huge thanks to all staff at the Alexander House Hotel who were involved in Stephanie and Dan's wedding,and an extra big thank you to Jen for all her hard work.The venue was outstanding and the service provided by the hotel staff was nothing short of excellent.We all gasped in amazement at how lovely the reception room looked.All our guests have told us that they had an absolutely brilliant time.

Our perfect day
We just wanted to say a massive thank you to all the staff at Alexander, especially to Jen for all their hard work and for making our day as special as it could be. We couldnt have choosen a more beautiful venue and everyone has said how lovely it was and how good the food was, the best wedding they have ever been too! We are sad its all over but glad we have amazing memories which will last forever.

Excellent Day
Thank you to all the staff at Alexander House for running Jon and Natalie's wedding so successfully this weekend. We were extremely pleased with the way it was handled, in particular the cooperation and helpfulness of all the staff - even those who were not directly involved on the morning after. I will certainly recommend you and Alexander House to any of our friends who may have a forthcoming wedding or even if they wish just to have a couple of days away. Fantastic
My partner and I came to celebrate our Civil Partnership at Alexander House in June. I can't rate the venue and the staff highly enough. 5/5 doesn't do the place justice. From the first meeting to the day, everything was stress free and there is a genuine desire to provide fantastic service and create a brilliant atmosphere. If you want somewhere that really will deliver "wow", it's a no-brainer

Perfect...
What an amazing day, there is not much more to say than that I am afraid. From the moment we happened to "pop-in" and see if we could have a look around the team were superb, namely Joe, Jen, James and Hannah. We got married in February this year and we could not have wanted for a better venue, a better team and the most incredible day and evening and next day or two! We have been back a number of times since and it is nearly just as enjoyable as it was in February. If you are getting married, this is a must location you need to look at, seriously. Thank you all, great team and hey the cheese cake worked a treat!!!
