Perfect wedding!
With three months to go to our wedding our previous venue fell through and we contacted the Alexander House team to see if they could help us. They were INCREDIBLE, putting together a perfect day in record time and accommodating everything we had wanted. We couldn't have asked for a more helpful, thorough and efficient wedding organiser. The wedding day itself was perfect and everyone on staff was attentive and lovely. The food was particularly amazing (as all the guests kept saying!)
If you are planning a wedding in the area this is a beautiful venue with helpful and organised staff and I would seriously recommend considering it - it was a fantastic choice for us! -

A Perfect Wedding Experience – Truly 10/10
We couldn’t have asked for a better venue and team for our wedding—everything was truly 10/10. From the exceptional service to the beautiful accommodation and outstanding food quality, every detail exceeded our expectations.
A huge thank you to Marie, who was absolutely incredible throughout the entire planning process. From December onwards, she was always responsive, patient (especially with all our questions!), and so supportive. Her thoughtful suggestions during the heatwave really showed how much she genuinely cares about her clients.
On the day itself, Chris (Operations Manager) ensured everything ran seamlessly. Although we didn’t get much time to speak with him, so many of our guests commented on how organised, efficient, and polite he was.
We’re also so grateful to Calum at reception, whose kindness in upgrading our rooms during the heatwave made a big difference for our families. The accommodation was beautiful, comfortable, and of the highest standard, and his warm, welcoming approach really stood out.
The food was absolutely fantastic—so many of our guests commented on the quality and how much they enjoyed it. Combined with the flawless service, it made the whole experience even more special.
Thank you all for making our wedding day so perfect and unforgettable. We would highly recommend this venue to anyone planning their special day! -

Our day really was everything we could of wished f
I still can’t believe we are married ????????it’s all still so surreal.
Our day really was everything we could of wished for & more. We were extremely blessed with the sun shining on us, rather than thunderstorms which were forecasted for our day.
It was so wonderful to have you as our wedding coordinator, we felt you went above and beyond to help ensure we had the best day & we so appreciate you being there on our day & for everything you did to look after/support us.
Zsolt is a very special man indeed, I can so see why he is a manager of the banqueting team. Zsolt, in my opinion, cares about what he does & this really shines through in how he deals with people.
Zsolt’s amazing nature is just second to none & we are most grateful to him for all he did for us. One other staff member really stood out for us, Reece he is just so lovely, so helpful & attentive which again people like him do really make an experience.
Personally I’m one for appreciating good customer service, I really believe it’s the people who you deal with in any experience who can make or break it. -

Amazing Day!
I don’t even know how to put into words what an amazing day we had. Everything at the hotel was just perfect.
Our guests all said what a beautiful location it was. We were so lucky with the weather as it just showed the hotel off beautifully.
We are still buzzing from the day.

From the moment we visited Alexander House Hotel and met Helen we knew this was the venue that we wanted for our dream day. Helen was amazing in all the planning stages, always happy to answer our constant questions and give advice and helped us deliver the most beautiful Wedding. All the staff were so friendly, the food was delicious, and all the aspects provided such as the Toastmaster made the day stress free, and run so smoothly. Such a beautiful venue, fantastic staff, we will never forget the best day of our lives. Thank you Helen and the team at Alexander House Hotel. -

Wedding Ceremony - 12th September 2015
My husband and I got married at the beautiful Alexander House on 12th September 2015. Jessica was our brilliant wedding coordinator and from start to finish the whole process was wonderful , even when there were some last minute changes a few days before the wedding, Alexander House were more than accommodating. The whole day was perfect and the staff were so friendly and always willing to help.
Beautiful location, gorgeous venue, amazing staff and I would not hesitate to recommend Alexander House for your wedding. -

Beautiful Hotel - Ceremony 09.08.2015
Thank you to Alexander House for the most magical wedding day for our daughter. The hotel is just gorgeous and we were lucky enough with the weather to have the ceremony outside in the Gazebo with drinks on the terrace. Our wedding planner Rebecca was brilliant, just so helpful and caring. The service and food at the wedding breakfast was outstanding. We cannot recommend this wonderful hotel highly enough. Fantastic. -

Gorgeous venue!
My Husband and myself loved this hotel before we decided on it as a venue for our wedding which took place a month ago. Alexander house hotel has absolutely everything you could ask for, beauty, relaxation and amazing staff members to help with your every need.
we started planning our wedding 2 years ago and the staff who were with us throughout our whole experience couldn't of done more for us, anything we asked for wasn't ever asking too much.
The day itself came together without a hitch and we can thank the hotel for this.
The one thing all our guests commented on was how amazing the food was during our wedding breakfast and evening buffet a few of them still talk about it to this day!
I could carry on and rave about this place more but the minute you step foot in the door your mind will be made up.
We are already planning our next break at the hotel. -
