Hi, I'm Nikki; the owner of Perfect Words Ceremonies. I'm an award-winning, professional, experienced Surrey wedding celebrant who is approachable and passionate about creating beautiful, relaxed, unique, heartfelt couple-led wedding ceremonies.
I work with couples in Surrey, Kent, London, Sussex and across the South East of England who are non-religious and also those with faith, mixed faith, and spirituality. All my ceremonies fully reflect my couples values and beliefs and are inclusive to all.
My warm, calming and genuine nature leads to an enjoyable working experience and I pride myself on the relationships I have been fortunate to have enjoyed with my couples on our journey to their big day. I also fully understand the importance of working as part of a team and I will liaise with your other wedding suppliers and venue to ensure everything runs smoothly during your ceremony.
If possible we will meet in person and get to know each other and with your input, I will craft your beautifully balanced, tailor-made ceremony that reflects your style and personalities. My organised yet calm approach will allow you to relax, knowing you are in safe hands, feeling supported and ready for your big day.
I have a real passion for story-telling, and my friendly, engaging delivery style ensures your ceremony will be just how you dreamed it would be: relaxed, enjoyable, and leaving wonderful memories for you and your wedding guests to treasure.

A perfectly crafted ceremony
Nikki helped make our day feel so special and so personal. From the time we found her at an open venue day to the day she 'wed' us she was attentive, proactive, and warm. We were able to create a ceremony script with her that really showcased who we are as a couple and as individuals. Our guests were so impressed with how she led the ceremony and how custom the ceremony was compared to other weddings they had been to.
We never had a single worry with Nikki and I would recommend her to anyone getting married! You can't go wrong.

From the start, Nikki was an absolute joy to work with! She took the time to really get to know us, our story, and what mattered most to us and she turned that into the most beautiful, heartfelt ceremony we could have dreamed of.

Nikki is incredibly organised and professional; she made the whole process very easy and enjoyable. From our very first meeting, she made us feel comfortable and really took the time to get to know us. We were so impressed with how well she managed to capture our story and how she created the most wonderful personalised ceremony, which many of our guests commented on.
We felt like Nicki really went above and beyond - regular communication and advice throughout the process, visiting our venue with us ahead of the wedding, thorough rehearsal the day before the wedding. We knew Nicki had it all under control, ensuring everything went to plan. This played a huge role in us being able to relax, which meant the ceremony was the least of our worries on the day! We never expected to look forward to the ceremony and it turned out to be one of our favourite parts of the day.

We cannot recommend Nikki enough - she gave us the most perfect wedding ceremony, beyond everything we had hoped for.

Fabulous Nikki!!💓
We had lots of fun preparing for our wedding ceremony with Nikki. Nikki called over to our house and spent the evening chatting with us to get to know us as people and our history as a couple. It was such an enjoyable process that Nikki had put together to ensure that she captured the most special and meaningful elements of our 'love story' aud this meant that all of our guests commented about how beautiful and personal the ceremony was.
Nikki ensures every details is perfect, she even chooses her outfit to complement the colours of the wedding party on the day. There was no details omitted and we both felt very prepared for the ceremony which meant that we were comfortable and could thoroughly enjoy it on the day.
Nikki's professionalism and character really enhanced our wedding day and we would absolutely recommend her as a safe pair of hands and someone who will ensure that your ceremony is truly personal and what you want it to be.

Delightful Experience
Most of the guests said ours was the best wedding they ever attended, and I know a large part of that was the wonderful ceremony that Nikki created. She was recommended by my wedding venue, and she was my first supplier decision, with almost a year to plan, and from across the pond at that! During that time, she gave me and my fiancé an extensive and thoughtful homework assignment that really made us appreciate our relationship, and she spent so much time getting to know us in order to weave together a narrative... a very fun and entertaining one at that! She's a professional that you can trust completely, with her excellent suggestions, resources, and expertise, to put together a beautifully bespoke ceremony. My entire wedding party felt in very safe hands because she covered every base, and she gently guided everyone along the way, so everything and everyone were exactly where they should be. And in the end, she provided us with beautiful mementos of our ceremony as keepsakes, including a lovely, printed copy of the script. I am so grateful that I hired a videographer to film our wedding, because I will be able to relive Nikki's Perfect Words for years to come! Thank you, Nikki, for being such a joy to work with, and for making my greatest day ever, even that much better!

Fantastic celebrant!
Nikki was friendly and organised, and we loved how she incorporated so many personal touches into our ceremony, including stories about our lives together, the hand fasting which felt really unique, and helping us choose our own vows.

The most beautiful, personal ceremony!
Nikki was amazing! We wanted more than the traditional registry celebration with a personalised ceremony and Nikki really delivered! She spent so much time getting to know us, what we were looking for in a ceremony and what was important to us! She included so many wonderful stories that were perfectly delivered. Our ceremony was really the heart of the whole celebration, and ALL our guests commented on how they've never been to a wedding like this. It was heartwarming and personal and everything we ever dreamt of! Additionally, she was soo easy to work with, flexible, supportive and even helped with details and planning for the ceremony that we hadn't even thought about! She went above and beyond and even printed my sister's speech (which wasn't even part of the ceremony 😂) She was really amazing!We were so lucky to have Nikki on our special day!

Once Upon a Hever Wedding
Nikki was such a delight to work with! Personable and highly organized, Nikki made the “getting to know you” process effortless! When we met for the first time in “real life” it had actually felt like I had known Nikki for years! The script she created was wonderfully beautiful and she will even give you her transcript to look back on for years to come. Our beautiful elopement ceremony at Hever Castle would not have been the same without Nikki. She helped us to create the intimate, romantic and personalized wedding ceremony we dreamed of-complete with zoom calls and documents to outline all of your wishes and desires. Highly recommend!

She is so talented and a true pleasure to work with. She is not just extremely organized, but so timely, kind, genuine, and funny. Absolutely incredible from start to finish
Nikki was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The amount of effort and detail put in to making everything so perfect was astonishing. From finding out all the small details about us as a couple to keeping us both calm on the big day.
