We’re delighted to offer our historic farm as a licensed wedding venue and to share more information about celebrating your special day with us.

Our venue is available seasonally, from the end of May through to the end of August. During this time, you can choose from three licensed ceremony locations on the farm: the Barn, the Walled Garden Marquee (outdoors), or the Farmhouse.

Our Make It Your Own Wedding Weekend package, priced at £6,500. This includes exclusive use of the venue from Friday through to Monday but from Wednesday mid morning the barn is available to begin the transformation.This gives you the freedom and flexibility to create a truly personal celebration.

The package includes:

- On site accommodation in our charming farmhouse for up to six guests (three bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, private garden, and hot tub)

- Exclusive use of our 17th-century barn across three levels (capacity: 100 seated guests, up to 120 for the evening)

- Handmade wooden tables, benches and glassware.

- Fully staffed and licensed bar.

- Cobbled barnyard, gravel garden, and marquee area

- Barn field for camping and additional parking

- Catering preparation space (clipping room)

- Hardstanding parking for up to 12 cars

- Wedding trailer toilets

- Waste, recycling, and barn clean-up on Sunday

- On-the-day coordination.

Located in the beautiful Yewdale Valley, just two miles from Coniston, the farm enjoys stunning views across the surrounding countryside, including Holme Fell and Wetherlam.

You have complete freedom to choose your own food caterers, décor, music, and more. While you take the lead on designing your day, we’re always available to offer guidance and support throughout the planning process—and to help ensure everything runs seamlessly on the day itself.

Viewings are strictly by appointment only.

2026 is fully booked, bookings for 2027 onwards are available let me know if you have a date in mind.
