Fairbank Wedding Barn is situated in the heart of the Lake District, close to the Lakeland village of Staveley and only a 10-minute drive to Windermere and Kendal. The wedding barn is approached by a private drive which meanders through open countryside to its secluded setting on Fairbank Farm; nestled in the centre of 370 acres of rolling countryside with uninterrupted views in all directions as well as a private lake – the perfect backdrop to your Lake District wedding.

At Fairbank Wedding Barn we believe that your wedding should be personalised to suit your individual needs, access to the barn is included the day before your big day to ensure you can make the venue your own! You have exclusive use of the venue and our wedding package includes accommodation for 10 people for two nights. Ideal for weddings of 30-150.

You can choose your own wedding suppliers, including caterers, and we provide a fully stocked and staffed bar. Clare is on hand throughout your wedding planning journey to help with questions and throughout your wedding day to offer on the day coordination.

The onsite accommodtion sleeps 10 people in self catering accommodation so you can make yourselves at home. There are 5 bedrooms and 2 large reception rooms, with ample space for getting ready. We have a seperate Ceremony Barn providing a unique space where you can legally marry, adjacent to a large lawn perfect for drinks and canapes! You can then move in to the Main Barn ready for your wedding breakfast and evening celebrations.

We now also have a NEW SMALL WEDDING - ELOPEMENT PACKAGE, ideal for weddings up to 10 people. Stay in the accommodation with exclusive use of the house and gardens and get married whilst your here!
