We had our wedding at Woldingham Golf Club, and it was nothing short of incredible from start to finish. The team went above and beyond to make sure our day was exactly how we imagined.
They liaised with our vendors to make sure the venue looked absolutely stunning — the decorations were elegant and beautifully coordinated. It was clear that the staff took real pride in making the space look magical, and so many of our guests commented on how beautiful everything was.
What impressed us most was how smoothly the day ran. The team managed the entire running order with such professionalism and calmness — we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Everything flowed seamlessly, from the ceremony to the reception. They kept us informed at every step without ever making us feel rushed, allowing us to simply relax and enjoy every moment.
The communication leading up to the big day was outstanding. Every email and call was answered promptly, and no question was ever too small. They listened carefully to what we wanted, offered great advice, and made sure every detail was just right, while accommodating requested that maybe have been an inconvenience for other venues.
We honestly can’t thank the Woldingham team enough for making our day so special. Their attention to detail, organization, and kindness made all the difference. If you’re looking for a venue that combines beauty, professionalism, and genuine care — this is the one.

From the moment we found this venue after going through every other venue on the Surrey ceremony’s website we instantly fell in love.
It is nothing like any other golf club that does weddings. The venue has a dedicated space that is purely for the wedding which is the top floor of the club house, so no golfers coming and going. Actually we can’t remember even noticing golfers. The club house itself looks stunning almost like a Manor House. The grounds are the thing we fell in love with the most. As the golf club is set in a valley all around you in 360 degrees is nothing but beautiful countryside with the focal point being their amazing maintained golf course.
Ella the events manager was brilliant from the moment we contacted the club at the beginning to even now a month after our wedding day. On the day the coordinators were Sinead and Eloise who were nothing short of perfect and took every stress off us and made sure everything went without a hitch.
The food for our wedding breakfast had nothing but amazing feedback. It’s tasted amazing, the portions were excellent and looked incredible too. A lot of places that cook for so many people can let their quality dip because of the quantity but that definitely not the case at Woldingham.
We had gone for the package that included the decorators and the DJ. The DJ was brilliant, he got the vibe that we wanted from a list of songs we played him and was as if he had been able to scroll through our spotifys. The decorators made the venue look even more beautiful than it already was.
On top of all of that relative to other venues in the area and in Surrey their price was extremely competitive for everything included but you never felt it was a budget venue.
All in all we can't say anything but amazing things about Woldingham Golf Club and I think any couple would be very silly to not even consider it, and even sillier to consider it and not want to get married there. -

Venue was amazing. Staff were brilliant. Grounds were perfect.
Food was good. Buffet food was brilliant and whole sapphire package was good value for money.
Ella was very responsive and organised.
Eloise and sinade were fantastic. -

We wedded on April 11 2026 after finding the Woldingham venue online with its discounted wedding package deal, which was one we couldn’t pass up on given the amazing landscape golf course views and the dj, food and decoration combo. We received nothing but a top tier planning experience with Ella who was incredibly helpful with our queries, requests and was speedy with communication. She’d put us in touch with the different vendors who all executed brilliantly on the day - the dj and decorations were fantastic and we honestly couldn’t have imagined our special day going any better - special shout out to Eloise and the catering team ensuring everything ran smoothly. The aesthetics, visuals, music audio, food (canapés, wedding breakfast and evening buffet) all added to a dream wedding experience which we’d highly recommend to any engaged couples out there! Thank you all so much for delivering such high quality service throughout our planning right up to the actual day which helped alleviate a lot of our worries - our close friends and family often commented on how calm and relaxed we seemed which honestly was all thanks to the Woldingham Team - we’re entirely grateful , thank you!! -

Nothing short of perfection
Highly recommended and can't thank all the staff enough for such a beautiful wedding day.
Eloise and Sinead guided us through the day and their smiles and calm, fun manner added to all the excitement. Ella was amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Venue looked beautiful and all food served was plentiful, hot and tasty.
Good value for money and if we could do it all again we would change nothing! Can't recommend this team and Venue enough. Thank you so very much for serving us, blessing us and making our wedding day so spectacularly precious xx -

We are so pleased that we found Woldingham Golf Club for our wedding day. When we began searching for a venue, we couldn't quite find something that met our needs until we found Woldingham and as soon as we visited it for the first time, we knew it was where we wanted to get married. Ella was an absolute delight to have as our wedding planner in the lead up to the event - she totally understood what we wanted, was extremely responsible and flexible and made sure that everything ran smoothly. The package offered by Woldingham was also excellent - the link that the venue has with the decor company, Glam Grazing, and the DJ, Expert Entertainment is so handy and makes life a lot easier when planning the wedding. And last but not least, the big day! Everything went so smoothly and we had the most spectacular day. The food was delicious, the decor set up was stunning, the views were beautiful and the team were so helpful. A special shoutout to Sinead who was the life of the party while also being super professional - we loved having her running our day and our guests were very complimentary about her. We would definitely recommend Woldingham Golf Club to any couples looking for a gorgeous venue to host their big day! -

We had our wedding reception here on the 06.09.25. The best decision I’ve ever made. The most friendly, professional and supportive team. Linda, Ella and sinead are amazing and really put me at ease with pretty much anything. The food is incredible. 10/10. My guests are still going on about how good the food was and how it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to. We went for the sapphire package which included Glam Grazing which did a fantastic job at creating exactly what I had in mind. The views of this place are picturesque, got some amazing photos. I really do recommend pebbles for the photography. Our Dj (expert entertainment) was amazing. He did such a good job. Played everything we asked for. The dance floor was full on all night. Book this venue you will not be disappointed. 5* all the way. Thanks guys x -

We had the most amazing wedding day at Woldingham Golf Club and truly couldn’t have asked for more. From the very beginning, the team were outstanding. Ella was so helpful right from the start – no question was ever too small or too silly, and she always gave a quick, reassuring response with a solution to everything.
On the day itself, everything ran so smoothly and so many of our guests commented on how beautiful the venue was and how lovely the staff were. The whole team was incredible. Ben made a wonderful first impression when he showed us around, and it was so lovely to see him again on the big day. Linda and Chanell were just outstanding – so kind, organised, and supportive. Chanell even stepped in to help with makeup touch-ups, which was such a thoughtful gesture and so appreciated!
The venue itself is stunning. We were lucky to have a beautiful sunny day, and the views across the immaculate golf course from the balcony were breathtaking. The sun streaming through the Woldingham made the whole place feel magical.
We honestly wish we could relive the day all over again – it was everything we dreamed of and more. Thank you to all the staff at Woldingham for making our wedding day so special.
