From the moment we first came across this venue, we knew it was the one. In fact, we had already fallen in love with it before we had even viewed it in person, and somehow it still exceeded every expectation.

We had exclusive use of the venue from Friday to Monday, and it made our wedding feel like so much more than just one day, it was an unforgettable weekend spent celebrating with all of our favourite people. We kicked everything off on Friday evening with pizza and karaoke, had the most incredible wedding day on Saturday, and rounded off the weekend with a sports day in the field on Sunday before heading to a local pub for drinks. Having everyone stay together for the whole weekend created memories we'll cherish forever.

The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking. You can see how much love, care, and hard work Danielle and her family have poured into creating such a peaceful, picturesque space. We both love the countryside and always knew we wanted an outdoor wedding, ideally somewhere surrounded by woodland. The Woodland Sanctuary was everything we'd ever dreamed of and more. We were incredibly lucky to have the most beautiful weather, which made it even more magical.

One of our favourite parts of the whole experience was all of Danielle's wonderful animals! We met her lovely cat and dogs, fed the goats, and I even got to hold the coolest little duck. As huge animal lovers, it made the whole weekend even more special. It's those little touches that make this venue feel so unique, welcoming, and full of character.

Danielle has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. Throughout the planning process she was always on hand to answer any questions, no matter how big or small, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. On the wedding day itself, she worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure everything ran seamlessly. Having her there acting as our on the day coordinator meant we could completely relax and enjoy every second, knowing everything was in safe hands.

We honestly couldn't have imagined getting married anywhere else. If you're looking for a venue that is beautiful, unique, relaxed, and run by someone who genuinely cares about making your wedding everything you've dreamed of, then this is it. Planning a wedding can feel overwhelming at times, but they made everything feel so easy. No question was ever too much trouble, they were always there to guide us, and their knowledge and support throughout the whole process was invaluable. The supplier recommendations they gave us were absolutely fantastic, and I’d genuinely encourage future couples to trust their suggestions because every single one helped make our day unforgettable.

One of the biggest compliments we received from our guests was about the venue itself. Everyone commented on just how beautiful, welcoming and unique Rudge Farm is. It’s so much more than just a wedding venue – it’s a place that feels full of warmth, love and happy memories. Having the venue exclusively for the whole weekend made the experience even more special. It meant we could really spend quality time with our family and friends without feeling rushed, creating memories we’ll treasure forever.

On a personal note, I completely fell in love with Pete the goat on our very first visit, with his love heart nose and meeting the newest addition, the adorable little lamb named Kirsty, was the icing on the cake. We are completely smitten! It’s little touches like this that perfectly capture the charm and character that make Rudge Farm so special.

Rudge Farm is a truly stunning, secluded hidden gem. The moment we first visited, we knew instantly that this was where we wanted to get married, and so we booked a couple of years in advance.

Over the years leading up to the big day, we were welcomed back for multiple visits to coordinate with suppliers and plan out the finer details. Danielle was a wonderful support throughout the planning process, liaising with vendors and helping us bring our vision to life. The freedom of a 'DIY venue' was perfect for us; having full creative control to choose our own suppliers meant our day was completely personal.

We had exclusive use for the weekend which was a massive highlight, allowing us to greet our guests on Friday for some games and drinks, and relax with them on the day after the wedding. The day itself was everything we had hoped for, made even better by Danielle and Jason being on hand all day to make sure everything went perfectly. They have an absolutely beautiful venue, and we feel so fortunate to have married there. We can't wait to return!

5 stars does not even come close to how amazing our Rudge Farm wedding was! From beginning to end Danielle was attentive and supportive, holding my hand every step of the way!
We arrived on the Friday along with 28 guests who were staying in the cottages, our bedroom was decorated beautifully and the welcome bottle of fizz was lovely! Danielle and her husband had no issues with us sitting up late listening to music in the courtyard area and encouraged us to have a good time!
On the wedding day, nothing was too much trouble for Danielle and the Rudge Farm team, even when minor hiccups occurred danielle was instantly creating contingency plans and we felt immediately safe in her very experienced hands! The day ran so smoothly and I genuinely believe this is all down to the organisation and support. I had sooooo many people comment on how fantastic the venue was, it truly is Dorsets hidden gem! I would 100% recommend booking your wedding at Rudge Farm, you will not regret it!

We booked out the entire of Rudge farm for our wedding weekend in September. Danielle was so helpful and was on hand for all of our questions and requests to help make our weekend more personalised to us.

The location was perfect for our wedding and the setting was just sensational. All of our guests couldn’t believe it and we had so many comments on it. We were blessed with gorgeous weather and had stunning sunrises and sunsets. We had an arrival bbq supper on the Friday night, used the gorgeous rowing boats and our families loved the tennis courts and pool rooms. There was plenty of commune space and outdoor area but the cottages were cosy, well stocked and beautiful.
