Sian and the whole team at St Tewdrics were amazing! They kept in contact throughout the whole process and helped us plan our big day. They went above and beyond to make the day special and just how we wanted. Would highly recommend!

From the initial enquiry to the execution of the day, it was faultless. We were unsure how smoothly the turn arounds of the room would go, but these were seamless. The service from Maz & Natalia and their team was exceptional, nothing was ever too much trouble, and we were kept well informed every step of the way. Tony and his catering team delivered excellent food, both quality, taste, quantity and presentation. We have had numerous comments of praise from our guests, saying it was one of the best weddings they have attended and how stunning the venue is. The wedding was good value for money, but the bar prices are high, typical of a hotel venue.

On arriving at Caer Llan we knew immediately this was the venue for us!  It had everything we wanted, a beautiful building with stunning grounds/views, plenty of accommodation for our nearest and dearest and to top it off, wonderful owners!  Vicky and Jake have been beyond accommodating throughout our journey.  On first arrival we were shown around the venue and discussed the various options and given time to go away and decide without feeling pressured (although it didn’t take us more than an hour to get back to them and secure our date)! Vicky and Jake have always been so helpful and prompt in responding to any queries we had and helped in our decision making along the way.  It was so nice to go back to the venue for our planning meeting and fully discuss the big day.  We also re visited on one further occasion to run through some decorative choices and Vicky and Jake were accommodating and on hand to help us with anything we were unsure of.    We wanted an intimate wedding celebration with our closest friends and family and chose the two night option.  It was without doubt the right choice and all of our guests felt at ease and the various bedrooms and communal spaces accommodated our guests of all ages to relax and feel at home throughout their stay.  The younger guests were occupied in the family room and made full use of the amenities where close by, the adults could relax and enjoy their stay in the bar and main room.  The night before the wedding was truly a celebration in itself, it brought everyone together and we could really relax, eat, drink and be merry with our loved ones ahead of the big day!    We were hoping for an outdoor ceremony (Vicky had always reassured us that we could decide on the day for an indoor or outdoor ceremony) but the Great British weather had other ideas and this made our day even more magical.  I will always remember me and my bridesmaids giggling on the balcony of the bridal suite with wet feet and champagne in hand! And as newly weds wandering hand in hand through the lush grounds under umbrellas.  We wanted a romantic feel to our wedding and that is certainly what we got and will remember forever. The large canopy provided shelter for our confetti shots and family photos plus the little ones in attendance had a great time playing under the gazebo with the evening food also being served outside.   The dedication of Jake, Vicky and their hard working team in turning the venue around throughout the day is extraordinary, and was widely noticed by our guests.  The transformations from the ceremony to the wedding breakfast through to the evening party was phenomenal!  Their attention to detail makes everything feel so special and each time it was like you were in a completely different room! The welcome buffet on arrival through to our last breakfast before departure was outstanding and all of our guests have commented on this!  Jake and Vicky worked collaboratively with our suppliers and for some it was their first time at Caer Llan. Their support was really appreciated. Rhys would personally like to thank Jake for helping with the music & seating on the morning of the wedding. Jake stepped up, supported the groomsmen and brought a calmness to hopeless men!   From the bottom of our hearts we would like to thank Jake, Vicky and all of their team for making our day so special and personal to us. Your home really felt like ours for the entire duration of our stay and that was exactly how we wanted it to be, an occasion we, our families and friends will never forget. I can’t rave enough about getting married at Cefn Tilla, from the beautiful grounds to the wonderful staff we really did hit the jackpot in hiring this venue. Lots of communication along the run up from the first meeting to the final prep call everything was clearly laid out. The wedding co-ordinator (Emma) was amazing and really helped guide us through the day. We were fortunate enough to stay the night before and around 30 of us had a gathering, it really was like a mini holiday. The venue speaks for itself in terms of location but the staff give it an extra sparkle. We really did have the best day of our lives. Plus it being dog friendly sealed the deal for our fur babies to be part of the celebrations.

I don’t have the right words, or enough words, for this review. We booked our date back in April 2023 and had our wedding day in May 2025. The team at Sant Ffraed House were absolutely outstanding. Rebecca, Carly, Gregg, and all the rest of the team who brought our day to life. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They made sure we were okay, our guests kept entertained, and ensured the smooth running of the day. Nothing else went wrong - that I knew of! And all of our guests raved about the venue, the spectacular food, and how incredible the team are. They truly brought our day to life and made it perfect. We will be forever grateful to Sant Ffraed. Thank you, thank you, thank you ♥️

Llantilio House for me is the most beautiful wedding venue in Wales. Set in the shadow of the Sugarloaf mountain, it's a quintessential Welsh setting for a weekend celebration. The pool room and pool itself is a perfect central point that makes for a really relaxing environment for family and friends. It's a dry hire - which worked for us - as we enjoyed the hiring and styling process. It also allows you to put your unique stamp on the venue. But it did involve a lot of work so wouldn't be suitable for every couple and can be quite costly. On the whole, the team were a dream to work with..open to our ideas and always quick to respond.

We had our dream wedding here and it really was the most perfect day! Staff were helpful and the setting was perfect

The hotel is full of character and set amongst the Welsh hills. The grounds are beautiful, with trees, a pond, a bridge and stunning scenery. The wedding breakfast room was magnificent. The tables were laid to perfection and fairy lights and flowers were scattered around. The hotel made everything so easy, from letting you choose the colour of the flowers and choosing a menu. They bowed to our every need. The hotel specialises in weddings and the staff were SUPERB! My hubby and I were made to feel like royalty and so many guests commented on the service we received and the venue. I would highly recommend the Cwrt Bleddyn as a place to get married or to have your reception. It really is worth taking a look! :-)

Wyndermere Weddings is the PERFECT location to have your wedding, especially if you're a nature lover like my other half, and I. There is ample space for a large crowd and the team are so helpful is planning every detail of your special day! Would do it all over again if I could. THANK YOU WYNDERMERE
