Firstly I must congratulate you on your service which was impeccable,however I being a disabled person and using a wheelchair found the outdoor facilities extremely challenging ie lots of steps and gravel pathways,.I stayed overnight in the cottage which I also found challenging as the beautiful large bed was sliding on the wooden floor when I tried to get in ,most unsuitable for anyone disabled. Could I please recommend some suggestions for an outdoor shaded area for guests attending an outdoor wedding service on what was the hottest day of the year it was absolutely brutal sat without shade ,also cushions would have been appreciated on the outdoor garden furniture.speaking as a disabled person I do hope this will help you make some changes for the better .

The hotel is full of character and set amongst the Welsh hills. The grounds are beautiful, with trees, a pond, a bridge and stunning scenery. The wedding breakfast room was magnificent. The tables were laid to perfection and fairy lights and flowers were scattered around. The hotel made everything so easy, from letting you choose the colour of the flowers and choosing a menu. They bowed to our every need. The hotel specialises in weddings and the staff were SUPERB! My hubby and I were made to feel like royalty and so many guests commented on the service we received and the venue. I would highly recommend the Cwrt Bleddyn as a place to get married or to have your reception. It really is worth taking a look! :-)

From the moment we arrived at Caer Llan, we knew we had chosen somewhere truly special for our wedding. Nestled in the beautiful Monmouthshire countryside, the venue itself is stunning, but what really made our day unforgettable was the incredible team who run it. Jake and Vicky are simply exceptional. Their calm professionalism, warmth and genuine care shone through every stage of the planning process and on the day itself. Nothing was ever too much trouble and their attention to detail meant we could relax completely and enjoy every moment, knowing everything was in safe hands. They anticipated things we hadn’t even thought of and made the whole experience feel effortless. The wider Caer Llan team were equally amazing — friendly, attentive and seamless in everything they did. From the smooth running of the ceremony to the reception and evening celebrations, everything flowed perfectly. Our guests commented repeatedly on how well looked after they felt and how welcoming and inclusive the atmosphere was throughout the day. Caer Llan is not just a beautiful wedding venue; it is a place run by people who clearly love what they do and genuinely care about the couples they host. The breathtaking views across the Monmouthshire countryside provided an unforgettable backdrop to our few days and the food was exceptional, beautifully presented and thoroughly enjoyed by us and our guests alike. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect setting or a more supportive, thoughtful team to celebrate such an important day in our lives.
